Aplikasi CHLUMIFLEX\u00ae BDP:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. BDP, penghambat api ester fosfat oligomer, dirancang untuk digunakan dalam aplikasi resin rekayasa seperti paduan polifenilena oksida dan PC \/ ABS. Karena volatilitasnya yang rendah dan stabilitas panas yang tinggi, penghambat api fosfor ini dapat mentolerir suhu pemrosesan tinggi yang diperlukan untuk banyak resin rekayasa.<\/p>\n

2. Karakteristik pemrosesan pada sejumlah termoplastik termasuk ABS dan HIPS yang bermanfaat bagi aliran tinggi pada cetakan dinding tipis dan aplikasi berkinerja tinggi lainnya.<\/p>\n

3. BDP digunakan pada 8 hingga 15 phr untuk memberikan ketahanan api pada berbagai resin. Ketika digunakan sebagai alat bantu pemrosesan, 1 hingga 3 phr BDP ditambahkan ke termoplastik untuk meningkatkan aliran leleh.<\/p>\n

BDP sangat cocok untuk paduan resin rekayasa, termasuk PC\/ABS dan PPO-PPE\/HIPS untuk aksesori listrik dan elektronik. Menurut standar keselamatan kebakaran, BDP biasanya digunakan dalam jumlah sekitar 8 hingga 18 phr. Sebaliknya, BDP tidak memerlukan sinergis (biasanya antimon oksida), sehingga memiliki kemampuan siklus yang baik. Selain itu, BDP juga memiliki volatilitas rendah yang baik dan stabilitas termal dalam proses produksi sebagian besar resin termoplastik rekayasa.
