Its relatively large dispersed particles are intended to modify the surface of waterborne coatings, combining gloss reduction with improved resistance to scratching and wear. It can be evaluated in clear protective finishes, floor paints and leather-finishing systems where surface appearance and durability must be balanced. Increasing the addition level can change gloss as well as other film properties. Select the level through trials in the complete formulation, checking dispersion stability, clarity, surface feel and abrasion performance before production.

Grade Characteristics

Combines matting with surface anti-scratch modification

Supports abrasion resistance in compatible formulations

Aqueous dispersion for waterborne coating systems

Technical Data

Properti

Nilai

Brand and grade

CHLUMIFE® WAX-6359

Penampilan

Milky-white liquid

Kandungan padatan

40 ± 2%

pH

7-10

Titik leleh

115-130 °C

These values are technical selection data, not a batch-specific certificate of analysis. Waterborne use does not by itself establish solvent-free status or a hazard classification. Consult the current safety data sheet and use appropriate industrial handling controls.

Pengemasan dan Penyimpanan

50 kg or 120 kg plastic drums.

Store at 5-35 °C in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
