Fotoinisiator tipe pembelahan yang umum digunakan sebagian besar adalah aril alkil keton dari sudut pandang struktural, nilai yang umum adalah 184, 2959, 651, 907, 369, 1173, 819, TPO, MBF, 754, dll. Photoinisiator penangkap hidrogen yang umum digunakan sebagian besar adalah benzofenon atau keton aromatik heterosiklik dari sudut pandang struktural, dengan nilai umum seperti BP, ITX, dan 2-EA. Hal ini menyulitkan inisiasi polimerisasi atau pengawetan yang tidak sempurna pada lapisan yang lebih dalam dari film cat jika tidak ada inisiator foto gelombang panjang untuk menyerap energi dari gelombang panjang. Oleh karena itu, dalam sistem berwarna, pilihan fotoinisiator yang dalam sangat penting. Formulasi curing UV-LED dalam pemilihan fotoinisiator juga harus dikombinasikan dengan prinsip-prinsip yang disebutkan di atas, pertama-tama, untuk memilih puncak penyerapan dan spektrum emisi sumber cahaya yang sesuai dengan fotoinisiator.<\/p>\n<p>Spektrum emisi sumber cahaya UV-LED antara 360-405nm, pada 365nm, 375nm, 385nm, 395nm, 405nm pada intensitas tertinggi, ini termasuk ke dalam wilayah gelombang panjang, sebaiknya memprioritaskan penggunaan photoinisiator gelombang panjang.
