The dispersion is designed to combine brushability, rapid crystallization, heat resistance and resistance to unwanted re-tack. It has a stated film tensile strength of 35-50 MPa and a 100% modulus of 7-8 MPa. Do not treat the activation range as a continuous service-temperature rating. Establish drying, activation, assembly and pressing conditions for the actual substrates, then measure the required bond performance.
