befoly\u00e1sol\u00f3 t\u00e9nyez\u0151k ellen\u0151rz\u00e9se: f\u00e9ny, h\u0151, oxig\u00e9n, f\u00e9mionok \u00e9s az antioxid\u00e1nsok \u00e9lelmiszerben val\u00f3
