Ez\u00e9rt a DLW polimeriz\u00e1ci\u00f3s elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokban fotoinici\u00e1tork\u00e9nt alkalmazhat\u00f3. A tov\u00e1bbfejlesztett, nagy \u00e1tereszt\u0151k\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u0171 nanogy\u00e1rt\u00e1si elj\u00e1r\u00e1sok alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz azonban tudom\u00e1nyos \u00e9s ipari k\u00f6r\u00f6kben sz\u00fcks\u00e9g lesz olyan tov\u00e1bbfejlesztett fotoinici\u00e1tor anyagokra, amelyek ezen a sikeres megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9sen alapulnak. A tioxanton szubsztr\u00e1tra a kezdetekt\u0151l fogva k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen olyan el\u00e1gaz\u00e1sokat kapcsoltak, amelyek pontosan kalibr\u00e1lt elektrondonor \u00e9s elektronakceptor tulajdons\u00e1gokkal rendelkeztek. Az olasz hat\u00f3s\u00e1gok eredetileg 2005. november 9-\u00e9n 2 milli\u00f3 liter tejet foglaltak le, miut\u00e1n meg\u00e1llap\u00edtott\u00e1k, hogy az \"emberi fogyaszt\u00e1sra alkalmatlan\". Az ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151 franciaorsz\u00e1gi, spanyolorsz\u00e1gi \u00e9s portug\u00e1liai visszah\u00edv\u00e1sok hasonl\u00f3 hat\u00e1ssal j\u00e1rtak. 7 A k\u00f6zv\u00e9lem\u00e9nyre gyakorolt jelent\u0151s hat\u00e1s miatt az Eur\u00f3pai \u00c9lelmiszerbiztons\u00e1gi Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g (EFSA) 2005. november 24-\u00e9n adta ki els\u0151 sajt\u00f3k\u00f6zlem\u00e9ny\u00e9t. 8 Az Eur\u00f3pai \u00c9lelmiszerbiztons\u00e1gi Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g (EFSA) \u00e9lelmiszer-adal\u00e9kanyagok, arom\u00e1k, technol\u00f3giai seg\u00e9danyagok \u00e9s \u00e9lelmiszerekkel \u00e9rintkez\u00e9sbe ker\u00fcl\u0151 anyagok tudom\u00e1nyos test\u00fclete (AFC) az ITX-et \u00e9s EHDAB-ot fotoinici\u00e1tork\u00e9nt tartalmaz\u00f3 UV-fest\u00e9kkel nyomtatott dobozokba csomagolt k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 tejterm\u00e9keken \u00e9s gy\u00fcm\u00f6lcsleveken v\u00e9gzett toxikol\u00f3giai adatok \u00e9s analitikai vizsg\u00e1latok eredm\u00e9nyei alapj\u00e1n december 7-\u00e9n k\u00f6zz\u00e9tette az ITX-r\u0151l \u00e9s EHDAB-r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 v\u00e9lem\u00e9ny\u00e9t. Az Eur\u00f3pai \u00c9lelmiszerbiztons\u00e1gi Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g (EFSA) \u00e9s a n\u00e9met kock\u00e1zat\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u0151 int\u00e9zet (Bundesinstitut f\u00fcr Risikobewertung10) szerint ezeket a kartondobozokat ITX-et tartalmaz\u00f3 UV-fest\u00e9kkel nyomtatt\u00e1k, b\u00e1r a jelenlegi in vivo genotoxicit\u00e1si vizsg\u00e1latok nem mutatt\u00e1k ki az ITX genotoxicit\u00e1s\u00e1t. Az \u00edgy kapott 50 mikrogramm\/kilogramm ITX specifikus kiold\u00f3d\u00e1si hat\u00e1r\u00e9rt\u00e9ket (SML) \u00e1llap\u00edtott\u00e1k meg. K\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen fontos a s\u00f6t\u00e9t sz\u00edn\u0171 fest\u00e9kek gy\u00e1rt\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n, mivel jelent\u0151s szerepet j\u00e1tszik az alapvet\u0151 \u00e1tkem\u00e9nyed\u00e9si \u00e9s tapad\u00e1si tulajdons\u00e1gok biztos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ban.<\/p>\n<p>Az ITX-et nem haszn\u00e1lj\u00e1k \u00e9lelmiszerekkel \u00e9rintkez\u00e9sbe ker\u00fcl\u0151 m\u0171anyagok gy\u00e1rt\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n; k\u00f6vetkez\u00e9sk\u00e9ppen nem szerepel a szinoptikus dokumentumban, \u00e9s az Eur\u00f3pai \u00c9lelmiszerbiztons\u00e1gi Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g (EFSA) \u00e9lelmiszer-adal\u00e9kanyagok, aromaanyagok, technol\u00f3giai seg\u00e9danyagok \u00e9s \u00e9lelmiszerekkel \u00e9rintkez\u00e9sbe ker\u00fcl\u0151 anyagok (AFC) szakbizotts\u00e1ga, illetve a kor\u00e1bbi \u00e9lelmiszer\u00fcgyi tudom\u00e1nyos bizotts\u00e1g sem vizsg\u00e1lta. Ezek a hi\u00e1nyoss\u00e1gok annak k\u00f6sz\u00f6nhet\u0151ek, hogy az ITX-et nem haszn\u00e1lj\u00e1k \u00e9lelmiszerrel \u00e9rintkez\u00e9sbe ker\u00fcl\u0151 m\u0171anyag (SCF) gy\u00e1rt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz. Ennek oka, hogy az ITX-et nem haszn\u00e1lj\u00e1k az \u00e9lelmiszerekkel \u00e9rintkez\u0151 polimerek gy\u00e1rt\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n.
