Le stabilisateur thermique proprement dit a diff\u00e9rentes fonctions et pr\u00e9sente diff\u00e9rentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de stabilisation thermique, qui peuvent \u00eatre grossi\u00e8rement divis\u00e9es en quatre cat\u00e9gories : type initial, type \u00e0 long terme, type interm\u00e9diaire et type polyvalent.<\/p>\n<p>1) Le savon de cadmium et de zinc est un stabilisateur thermique initial typique, il peut absorber rapidement le HCL, et dans le Cd, Zn catalys\u00e9 par la racine de l'acide carboxylique remplacer efficacement les atomes de chlore instables sur la cha\u00eene du PVC, ce qui inhibe efficacement la d\u00e9gradation et la coloration initiales, mais en raison de sa consommation de produits rapides et de conversion CdC12, ZnC12, et est un catalyseur tr\u00e8s efficace pour le PVC hors HCL, et d\u00e9clenchera donc la d\u00e9gradation vicieuse du PVC pour rendre le mat\u00e9riau soudain.<br \/>\n2) Le savon de baryum et de calcium est un stabilisateur thermique typique \u00e0 long terme, il n'absorbe que la fonction HCL, il ne peut donc pas inhiber efficacement la coloration du PVC, mais comme le produit de conversion BaC12, CaC12 n'a pas d'activit\u00e9 catalytique, le PVC ne deviendra pas soudainement noir, la stabilit\u00e9 thermique \u00e0 long terme est meilleure.<br \/>\n3) L'organo\u00e9tain d'acide gras appartient au type interm\u00e9diaire, il peut non seulement absorber le HCL, mais aussi remplacer efficacement les atomes de chlore instables de la cha\u00eene PVC par des racines d'acide carboxylique, et le produit de conversion n'a pas d'activit\u00e9 catalytique.<br \/>\n4) Le thiol organostannique poss\u00e8de des caract\u00e9ristiques polyvalentes, il peut stabiliser le PVC par diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9canismes en m\u00eame temps, et le produit de conversion n'est pas catalytiquement actif, il a donc d'excellents effets de stabilisation thermique \u00e0 la fois initiale et \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<p>La structure id\u00e9ale du PVC est la structure \u00e0 premi\u00e8re queue -CH2-CHCl-CH2-CHCl-, qui est assez stable.
