L'agent nucl\u00e9ant P-23 est un agent nucl\u00e9ant compos\u00e9 qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la cristallisation des polym\u00e8res. Il convient au polyester (PET, PBT) et au nylon (PA6, PA66, PA11, PA12, copolym\u00e8re PA). Lorsque le P-23 est ajout\u00e9 au polym\u00e8re fondu, il est facilement dispers\u00e9 en particules tr\u00e8s fines, qui jouent alors un r\u00f4le de nucl\u00e9ation tr\u00e8s efficace et forment une structure cristalline fine.<\/p>\n

Ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s am\u00e9lior\u00e9es ne sont pas seulement pr\u00e9sentes dans les mat\u00e9riaux non renforc\u00e9s, mais sont \u00e9galement efficaces dans les mat\u00e9riaux renforc\u00e9s, et conviennent particuli\u00e8rement aux mat\u00e9riaux renforc\u00e9s par des fibres de verre. La raison de ces effets est sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 former une structure cristalline plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et plus uniforme dans la matrice de nylon que les fibres de verre.<\/p>\n

Utilisation :<\/p>\n

L'ajout optimal d'agent nucl\u00e9ant P-23 est d'environ 0,2-0,5%, en fonction du type de polym\u00e8re et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s que le produit final doit atteindre. Il peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 directement ou utilis\u00e9 comme m\u00e9lange ma\u00eetre.<\/p>\n

Le produit est emball\u00e9 dans des sacs en papier d'un poids net de 25 kg par sac.<\/p>\n
