360 Utilisation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ce produit a \u00e9galement une tr\u00e8s faible volatilit\u00e9, peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 avec d'autres stabilisateurs de lumi\u00e8re ou antioxydants, particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 au traitement, au vieillissement dans un environnement \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, il peut \u00eatre moul\u00e9 sous forme de poudre, de solution ou d'extrusion \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat fondu, peut emp\u00eacher le suintement cristallin et la sublimation, il convient au moulage, \u00e0 la construction de couches minces de fibres, de papier et de papier peint, etc.Ce produit convient pour l'acrylate, le polyester, le polycarbonate, le polyformald\u00e9hyde, le polyamide, la polyol\u00e9fine, les polym\u00e8res de styr\u00e8ne, les \u00e9lastom\u00e8res, les adh\u00e9sifs, etc.<\/p>\n

2. L'UV-360 est un absorbeur UV de type benzotriazole, capable d'absorber la lumi\u00e8re UV de 300 \u00e0 400 nm, avec un pic d'absorption de 353 nm. Il convient particuli\u00e8rement aux conditions de traitement \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature o\u00f9 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s d'additifs, une grande compatibilit\u00e9, une forte charge UV, une faible volatilit\u00e9 et une faible migration sont n\u00e9cessaires pour obtenir une charge UV \u00e9lev\u00e9e tout en r\u00e9duisant la sublimation au point de sortie et en emp\u00eachant le d\u00e9p\u00f4t sur les moulages et les rouleaux de refroidissement. Particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 aux bicouches, aux couches adh\u00e9sives, aux couches de laminage ou de coextrusion, \u00e0 l'extrusion bicouche directe de flocons sans l'utilisation d'une troisi\u00e8me couche, \u00e9vitant le ressuage \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et la cristallisation de surface, emp\u00eachant la sublimation et le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d'une charge UV \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Le dosage typique est de 0,1-0,5%.<\/p>\n

3. Convient pour : le traitement o\u00f9 une charge UV \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une faible volatilit\u00e9 et de bonnes conditions de compatibilit\u00e9 sont requises. L'objectif est d'obtenir une excellente protection contre les UV, de r\u00e9duire la sublimation lors de la mise \u00e0 l'air libre et d'\u00e9viter en m\u00eame temps les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts sur les moules, les rouleaux de refroidissement et les calibrateurs. Il est capable d'\u00e9viter le saignement ou la cristallisation sur l'ext\u00e9rieur de la pi\u00e8ce pendant le traitement ou les temp\u00e9ratures de service \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques conviennent particuli\u00e8rement aux pi\u00e8ces en film lamin\u00e9, aux fibres, aux flocons, aux doubles flocons, aux couches adh\u00e9sives et aux pi\u00e8ces semi-finies lamin\u00e9es ou co-extrud\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
