Convient principalement aux produits homopolym\u00e8res et copolym\u00e8res al\u00e9atoires en polypropyl\u00e8ne et aux films LLDPE, peut \u00eatre directement m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9sine et peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour le moulage par injection et par extrusion.<\/p>\n

Dosage recommand\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Il est recommand\u00e9 d'ajouter 0,2%-0,3% de 3988 pour obtenir les meilleures performances, la quantit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique d'ajout d\u00e9pendant des besoins r\u00e9els.<\/p>\n

M\u00e9lange et dispersion<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Il est recommand\u00e9 de m\u00e9langer l'agent transparent 3988 et la poudre\/granule de polypropyl\u00e8ne \u00e0 grande vitesse, puis de les transf\u00e9rer dans l'alimentateur de l'extrudeuse pour la granulation par extrusion. Une petite quantit\u00e9 d'huile min\u00e9rale blanche peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9e pour favoriser la dispersion de l'agent transparent. Emp\u00eacher une dispersion in\u00e9gale du mat\u00e9riau. L'agent transparent 3988 peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 sous la forme d'un m\u00e9lange ma\u00eetre \u00e0 haute concentration, puis dilu\u00e9 proportionnellement \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 attendue du m\u00e9lange ma\u00eetre \u00e0 haute concentration.<\/p>\n

Extrusion Granulation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Il est recommand\u00e9 d'utiliser une extrudeuse \u00e0 deux vis ou une extrudeuse \u00e0 une vis avec une grande capacit\u00e9 de m\u00e9lange pour obtenir une bonne dispersion et am\u00e9liorer la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 du 3988. La temp\u00e9rature d'extrusion doit \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 230\u00b0C.<\/p>\n
