Qu'est-ce que l'extrait de soja ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 extraite des germes du soja (Glycine max.), plante annuelle du genre leguminosae, et se pr\u00e9sente sous la forme d'une poudre gris fonc\u00e9 \u00e0 blanc cass\u00e9, \u00e0 l'odeur particuli\u00e8re et au go\u00fbt l\u00e9ger. Les isoflavones de soja sont une sorte de m\u00e9tabolites secondaires form\u00e9s lors de la croissance du soja. Elles existent principalement dans les cotyl\u00e9dons et les hypocotyles des graines de soja. Les isoflavones de soja comprennent la g\u00e9nist\u00e9ine, la daidz\u00e9ine et la daidz\u00e9ine. Les isoflavones de soja naturelles sont principalement compos\u00e9es d'isoflavones de soja \u03b2- Sous forme de glucoside, l'isoflavone de soja peut \u00eatre hydrolys\u00e9e en isoflavone libre sous l'action de diverses glucosidases d'isoflavones.
