Qu'est-ce que le monom\u00e8re IBOMA ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Monom\u00e8re IBOMA, formule mol\u00e9culaire C14H22O2, poids mol\u00e9culaire 222,32, CAS : 7534-94-3. En fonction de sa puret\u00e9, le m\u00e9thacrylate d'isobornyle peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9 en <85%, 85%-90%, 95%, \u226598%, etc. Le m\u00e9thacrylate d'isobornyle a une structure unique d'anneau en pont, et ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques sont les suivantes : faible viscosit\u00e9, point d'\u00e9bullition \u00e9lev\u00e9, faible tension superficielle (faible retrait), temp\u00e9rature de transition vitreuse \u00e9lev\u00e9e, faible chroma, indice de r\u00e9fraction \u00e9lev\u00e9 et bonne hydrophobie. M\u00e9thacrylate d'isobornyle (IBOMA)<\/strong> monom\u00e8re\u00a0Utilisation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Le m\u00e9thacrylate d'isobornyle (IBOMA) contient un \u00e9norme groupe lat\u00e9ral rigide, le groupe isobornyle, qui a un fort effet inhibiteur sur le mouvement du segment de polym\u00e8re, ce qui am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'abrasion, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'absorption d'eau, la r\u00e9sistance au r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement et la forte r\u00e9silience du polym\u00e8re.<\/h4>\n

2. Le m\u00e9thacrylate d'isobornyle (IBOMA) est principalement utilis\u00e9 dans la fabrication de diverses r\u00e9sines, rev\u00eatements, rev\u00eatements en poudre, rev\u00eatements de nettoyage, rev\u00eatements \u00e0 haute et basse viscosit\u00e9, encres, adh\u00e9sifs, etc, puis dans les rev\u00eatements, les automobiles, les ordinateurs, les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables, les appareils m\u00e9nagers, les instruments, les CD, les fibres optiques, les meubles, les rev\u00eatements de sol, les plastiques techniques, les films plastiques souples, les adh\u00e9sifs sensibles \u00e0 la pression, les produits d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, les plaques organiques r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la chaleur, les adh\u00e9sifs, les supports d'encre de s\u00e9rigraphie, les rev\u00eatements en poudre modifi\u00e9s, les rev\u00eatements de nettoyage, les rev\u00eatements \u00e0 haute teneur en solides et \u00e0 faible viscosit\u00e9 et d'autres aspects.<\/h4>\n

3. Le m\u00e9thacrylate d'isobornyle (IBOMA) peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme diluant r\u00e9actif, comme monom\u00e8re modificateur de la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9sine pour am\u00e9liorer la dispersion de la r\u00e9sine dans les pigments.<\/h4>\n

4. Dans la formulation de la r\u00e9sine acrylique, l'ajout d'un monom\u00e8re ester cyclique de l'acide m\u00e9thacrylique (tel que l'IBOMA) peut r\u00e9duire efficacement la viscosit\u00e9 de la solution de polym\u00e8re tout en maintenant inchang\u00e9s la temp\u00e9rature de transition vitreuse, le poids mol\u00e9culaire et la quantit\u00e9 de groupes fonctionnels du polym\u00e8re. Parmi les diff\u00e9rents monom\u00e8res cycliques, l'effet de r\u00e9duction de la viscosit\u00e9 de l'IBOMA est plus \u00e9vident. La figure 1 repr\u00e9sente la courbe de la viscosit\u00e9 et du dosage d'IBOMA %.<\/h4>\n

5. IBOMA est un monom\u00e8re qui allie duret\u00e9 et flexibilit\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa structure mol\u00e9culaire, son polym\u00e8re pr\u00e9sente une excellente brillance, une image nette, une r\u00e9sistance aux rayures, une r\u00e9sistance moyenne et une r\u00e9sistance aux intemp\u00e9ries. L'IBOMA est un monom\u00e8re qui allie duret\u00e9 et flexibilit\u00e9. Sa structure mol\u00e9culaire lui conf\u00e8re une excellente brillance, une image nette, une r\u00e9sistance aux rayures, une r\u00e9sistance moyenne et une r\u00e9sistance aux intemp\u00e9ries. En outre, la r\u00e9sine acrylique IBOMA a une bonne compatibilit\u00e9 avec le polyester, l'alkyde et de nombreuses substances volatiles formant des films de peinture.<\/h4>\n

6. Lorsque l'IBOMA est utilis\u00e9 dans les rev\u00eatements en poudre, son copolym\u00e8re peut am\u00e9liorer l'agglom\u00e9ration de la poudre, am\u00e9liorer la stabilit\u00e9 des rev\u00eatements en poudre et r\u00e9duire la viscosit\u00e9 initiale de la mati\u00e8re fondue, am\u00e9liorant ainsi le nivellement du rev\u00eatement, l'apparence et le lustre du film de rev\u00eatement.<\/h4>\n

7. IBOMA convient \u00e0 la fabrication de r\u00e9sines acryliques thermoplastiques \u00e0 Tg \u00e9lev\u00e9. Ses produits pr\u00e9sentent une duret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une forte r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'alcool et \u00e0 la chaleur, ainsi qu'une bonne flexibilit\u00e9, une bonne adh\u00e9rence, une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'humidit\u00e9 et une bonne r\u00e9sistance aux intemp\u00e9ries. Il s'agit d'une sorte de structure sp\u00e9ciale. Un nouveau type de monom\u00e8re de polym\u00e9risation d'acrylate, adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la fabrication de rev\u00eatements de films plastiques souples tels que PET, PE, PP, et de rev\u00eatements protecteurs d\u00e9coratifs pour les plastiques techniques tels que PE, PP et PC.<\/h4>\n
