La mol\u00e9cule d'EDC (ou EDAC) a une structure lin\u00e9aire et est utilis\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9action de condensation du groupe carboxyle et de l'amine primaire, et a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement utilis\u00e9e.<\/h4>\n

2. Ce produit est utilis\u00e9 comme agent de condensation et de r\u00e9ticulation des peptides. Ce produit est un carbodiimide soluble dans l'eau. Il est principalement utilis\u00e9 comme agent de d\u00e9shydratation dans la synth\u00e8se des peptides, des prot\u00e9ines et des nucl\u00e9otides.
