Qu'est-ce que le thioglycolate de sodium ?<\/h2>\n

Le thioglycolate de sodium (TGA) est un important inhibiteur de flottation. Il est utilis\u00e9 comme inhibiteur des min\u00e9raux de cuivre et de la pyrite dans la flottation du minerai de cuivre-molybd\u00e8ne. Il a un effet inhibiteur \u00e9vident sur le cuivre, le soufre et d'autres min\u00e9raux, et peut am\u00e9liorer efficacement la teneur du concentr\u00e9 de molybd\u00e8ne. Le thioglycolate de sodium, en tant qu'inhibiteur efficace d'un nouveau type de minerai sulfur\u00e9, est utilis\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s dans la production de molybd\u00e8ne depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es et a compl\u00e8tement remplac\u00e9 l'inhibiteur hautement toxique qu'est le cyanure de sodium.<\/h4>\n

Thioglycolate de sodium Utilisation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Dans l'application de la s\u00e9paration cuivre-plomb, le thioglycolate de sodium, en tant qu'inhibiteur non toxique \u00e0 petites mol\u00e9cules, a un bon effet inhibiteur sur la chalcopyrite et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans le processus de s\u00e9paration du concentr\u00e9 mixte cuivre-plomb pour obtenir une s\u00e9paration du cuivre et du plomb. Le thioglycolate de sodium est un agent mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment toxique qui a un bon effet inhibiteur sur la pyrite et la pyrrhotite. Il peut remplacer compl\u00e8tement le cyanure hautement toxique et r\u00e9aliser le processus de s\u00e9paration zinc-soufre sans cyanure, ce qui garantit non seulement le concentr\u00e9 de zinc, mais aussi les indicateurs de production de la teneur et du taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, qui peuvent r\u00e9pondre aux exigences nationales en mati\u00e8re de protection de l'environnement.
