Sa structure mol\u00e9culaire contient une cha\u00eene alkyle \u00e0 quatre carbones avec des groupes acrylates attach\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene.<\/p>\n<p>La structure a l'importance suivante :<\/p>\n<p>Double r\u00e9activit\u00e9 : les deux groupes acrylates peuvent chacun participer \u00e0 une r\u00e9action de polym\u00e9risation radicalaire, ce qui fait du BDDA un excellent r\u00e9ticulant.<\/p>\n<p>Structure \u00e0 cha\u00eene courte : La longueur de cha\u00eene plus courte du BDDA se traduit par une densit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ticulation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que celle des autres diacrylates, ce qui permet d'obtenir un r\u00e9seau de polym\u00e8res plus dense et plus rigide.<\/p>\n<p>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es : La structure du BDDA lui permet d'offrir une excellente r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique tout en garantissant une r\u00e9sistance chimique pour les applications de s\u00e9chage UV\/EB \u00e0 haute performance.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la structure du BDDA : noyau de butyl\u00e8ne glycol : Un squelette de cha\u00eene droite compos\u00e9 de quatre atomes de carbone dans une structure compacte. Groupes acrylates : Chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 contient un groupe vinyle (-CH=CH\u2082) et un groupe carbonyle (C=O), une structure qui permet une polym\u00e9risation rapide sous lumi\u00e8re UV ou EB.
