Technologie du jet d'encre : quand les fluides newtoniens rencontrent la r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique<\/h3>\n<h4>La magie physique de l'impression \u00e0 la demande<\/h4>\n<p>En 2017, alors que je d\u00e9boguais la t\u00eate d'impression pi\u00e9zo\u00e9lectrique en laboratoire, j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moin de l'\u00e9tonnant processus de changement de la forme de la goutte d'encre par la tension. La d\u00e9formation au niveau du micron de la c\u00e9ramique pi\u00e9zo\u00e9lectrique (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement contr\u00f4l\u00e9e \u00e0 0,1-0,3\u03bcm) g\u00e9n\u00e8re une pression de jetting pouvant atteindre 200kPa, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 soulever un poids de 20kg avec une surface de la taille d'un ongle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comparaison des principaux param\u00e8tres techniques :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Type Vitesse de la gouttelette Plage de viscosit\u00e9 (mPa-s) Gouttelette minimale (pL)<\/p>\n<p>Bulle thermique 8-12m\/s 3-5 10<\/p>\n<p>Pi\u00e9zo\u00e9lectrique 15-20m\/s 5-30 3<\/p>\n<p>(Source : Digital Printing Technology Yearbook 2022)<\/p>\n<h3>2. Chimie des encres : les particules de pigment dansent \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle nanom\u00e9trique<\/h3>\n<h4>Le romantisme et la fragilit\u00e9 de l'encre \u00e0 base de colorants<\/h4>\n<p>Je me souviens encore de la reproduction d'une peinture \u00e0 l'huile pour un mus\u00e9e d'art en 2015, l'encre color\u00e9e pr\u00e9sentait une gamme de couleurs \u00e9tonnante sur le tissu de coton (18% plus large que l'encre \u00e0 base de pigments), mais nous avons subi de lourdes pertes en raison d'un accident de d\u00e9coloration trois mois plus tard. Cela a incit\u00e9 l'\u00e9quipe \u00e0 passer au d\u00e9veloppement d'une encre \u00e0 base de pigments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exp\u00e9rience de comparaison des performances :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Solidit\u00e9 \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re<\/b>Apr\u00e8s 500 heures d'exposition aux UV, la diff\u00e9rence de couleur de l'encre colorante est de \u0394E&gt;5, tandis que celle de l'encre pigmentaire est de \u0394E&lt;1,2.<\/li>\n<li><b>Test d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9<\/b>Le rayon d'\u00e9talement de l'encre colorante dans l'eau est de 3 mm, alors que celui de l'encre pigmentaire n'est que de 0,5 mm.<\/li>\n<li><b>Paradoxe des co\u00fbts<\/b>L'encre pigmentaire est 30% plus ch\u00e8re, mais le taux de perte global est r\u00e9duit de 57%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Le nirvana du jet d'encre UV : surmonter la bataille chimique de l'inhibition de l'oxyg\u00e8ne<\/h3>\n<h4>L'art d'\u00e9quilibrer la viscosit\u00e9 et l'activit\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p>En 2019, lorsque nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le polyester acrylate hyperbranch\u00e9, nous avons constat\u00e9 que lorsque le degr\u00e9 de branchement \u00e9tait contr\u00f4l\u00e9 \u00e0 35-40%, il pouvait maintenir une viscosit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 25 mPa-s tout en augmentant la vitesse de durcissement \u00e0 0,8 seconde (les r\u00e9sines traditionnelles prennent 1,5 seconde).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Formule r\u00e9volutionnaire :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Structure principale<\/b>Oligom\u00e8re hyperbranch\u00e9 (40%) + diacrylate de tripropyl\u00e8neglycol (35%)<\/li>\n<li><b>Syst\u00e8me initiateur<\/b>: TPO-L (3%) + ITX (1.5%) + EDB (0.5%)<\/li>\n<li><b>Combinaison d'antioxydants<\/b>Siloxane modifi\u00e9 par des poly\u00e9thers (0,3%) + d\u00e9riv\u00e9 de la vitamine E (0,2%)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>4. Sp\u00e9culations sur l'avenir : L'encre UV peut-elle conqu\u00e9rir l'\u00e9lectronique flexible ?<\/h3>\n<p>Lorsque j'ai vu le premier \u00e9cran OLED imprim\u00e9 en 2021, j'ai imm\u00e9diatement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le potentiel du jet d'encre UV. La technologie actuelle se heurte \u00e0 trois obstacles majeurs :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La pr\u00e9cision du positionnement de la goutte d'encre doit \u00eatre de \u00b11,5\u03bcm.<\/li>\n<li>L'uniformit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9paisseur du film apr\u00e8s durcissement n\u00e9cessite un \u00e9cart &lt;5%<\/li>\n<li>La viscosit\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te d'argent conductrice doit \u00eatre stable, de l'ordre de 12 \u00e0 15 mPa-s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La chambre d'impression prot\u00e9g\u00e9e par l'azote que nous exp\u00e9rimentons peut contr\u00f4ler la concentration d'oxyg\u00e8ne en dessous de 200 ppm, ce qui augmente la vitesse de durcissement de 40%. D'ici trois ans, nous pourrons peut-\u00eatre utiliser des imprimantes \u00e0 jet d'encre pour fabriquer des circuits de t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables pliables.<\/p>\n<h3>Mes notes de laboratoire<\/h3>\n<p>La semaine derni\u00e8re, alors que je traitais une plainte d'un fabricant de films automobiles, j'ai d\u00e9couvert que l'\u00e9nergie de surface de son substrat PET n'\u00e9tait que de 34 mN\/m, bien en dessous des 42 mN\/m requis pour l'encre UV.
