Elle contient un grand nombre de solvants organiques \u00e0 s\u00e9chage rapide, l'impression repose sur l'\u00e9vaporation du solvant, la viscosit\u00e9 de l'encre augmente pour r\u00e9aliser le transfert de l'encre du pochoir de tampographie vers le substrat en passant par la t\u00eate de tampographie. Ses inconv\u00e9nients sont une faible duret\u00e9 et r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'abrasion, une mauvaise r\u00e9sistance aux solvants et l'impossibilit\u00e9 de l'utiliser pour des produits exigeants. En outre, un grand nombre de solvants organiques s'\u00e9vaporent dans l'air pendant l'impression, ce qui non seulement pollue l'environnement, mais nuit aussi gravement \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>L'encre de polym\u00e9risation \u00e0 deux composants contient un agent de polym\u00e9risation, mais aussi un grand nombre de solvants volatils. Elle permet non seulement de tirer pleinement parti des avantages de la technologie de tampographie en cas de surface irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re ou in\u00e9gale de l'objet \u00e0 imprimer, mais aussi de conf\u00e9rer au motif imprim\u00e9 par s\u00e9chage UV une excellente duret\u00e9, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'abrasion, une grande luminosit\u00e9 et une r\u00e9sistance aux solvants.<\/p>\n<p>L'encre UV pour la tampographie est une avanc\u00e9e majeure dans la technologie de la tampographie, dont les avantages sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<p>L'encre de tampographie UV ne contient pas ou tr\u00e8s peu de solvants organiques volatils, ce qui modifie compl\u00e8tement l'environnement d'impression, garantit la sant\u00e9 des travailleurs et r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la pollution de l'environnement.<\/p>\n<p>\u2461 s\u00e9chage rapide. L'encre de tampographie UV utilise un \u00e9quipement sp\u00e9cial de s\u00e9chage \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re, l'impression peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par le biais d'un rayonnement ultraviolet pour faire durcir l'encre dans un laps de temps tr\u00e8s court, peut \u00eatre mouill\u00e9e pour l'impression multicolore, et produire d'excellents r\u00e9sultats d'impression, am\u00e9liorant grandement l'efficacit\u00e9 de la production.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus de s\u00e9chage UV n'a rien \u00e0 voir avec la temp\u00e9rature ambiante, m\u00eame si la temp\u00e9rature est basse ou \u00e9lev\u00e9e, comme d'habitude, il peut \u00eatre imprim\u00e9, une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux tels que le m\u00e9tal, le verre, le cuir, les produits plastiques sensibles \u00e0 la chaleur peuvent \u00eatre tampographi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques : La couche d'encre \u00e0 s\u00e9chage UV pr\u00e9sente une duret\u00e9, une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'abrasion et une r\u00e9sistance aux solvants excellentes, incomparables avec l'encre de tampographie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 base de solvants, de sorte que l'encre \u00e0 s\u00e9chage UV est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9e pour les produits de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u2464 Facilit\u00e9 d'utilisation. Lorsque la profondeur de gravure de la plaque de tampographie est inchang\u00e9e, le motif de texte imprim\u00e9 par l'encre de tampographie UV, la hauteur de la couche d'encre ne change pratiquement pas apr\u00e8s la fixation de la lumi\u00e8re, et l'impression de concavit\u00e9 et de convexit\u00e9 est particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9vidente.<\/p>\n<p>En fonction du support d'impression, l'encre de tampographie UV peut \u00eatre divis\u00e9e en deux types : l'encre de tampographie UV pour le m\u00e9tal et l'encre de tampographie UV pour le plastique. L'encre de tampographie UV pour la couche d'encre \u00e9paisse, les exigences en mati\u00e8re de performances physiques et chimiques des produits \u00e9lectroniques de haute qualit\u00e9 et l'encre de tampographie UV \u00e0 double durcissement sont les deux types d'encre de tampographie UV.<\/p>\n<p>L'impression \u00e0 l'encre de tampographie UV doit \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e aux diff\u00e9rentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du substrat et faire l'objet de diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de traitement. Par exemple, pour le PP, le PE, le PET et d'autres produits difficiles \u00e0 coller, vous pouvez utiliser la m\u00e9thode de la flamme, la m\u00e9thode corona et d'autres pr\u00e9traitements pour augmenter la polarit\u00e9 du substrat afin d'am\u00e9liorer la rapidit\u00e9 d'adh\u00e9rence de l'encre de tampographie UV. L'eau de traitement sp\u00e9cial du PP ou du PE peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour frotter directement la surface des produits en PP ou en PE, le s\u00e9chage naturel permet d'imprimer, la r\u00e9sistance de l'adh\u00e9rence est excellente. Pour l'ABS, le PVC, le PMMA, le PC, le nylon, le cuivre, l'aluminium, l'acier inoxydable, le verre et d'autres mat\u00e9riaux, il est possible d'utiliser directement la tampographie et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d'adh\u00e9rence sont bonnes.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l'ordre de s\u00e9chage de l'encre de tampographie UV est le suivant : rouge, jaune, vert, bleu, noir, blanc, or, argent. Plus la couleur de l'encre est claire, plus la couche d'encre est fine, plus le s\u00e9chage est rapide ; plus la couleur est fonc\u00e9e, plus la couche d'encre est \u00e9paisse, plus le s\u00e9chage est lent. Plus la couleur est fonc\u00e9e, plus la couche d'encre est \u00e9paisse, plus le s\u00e9chage est lent. Lors de la tampographie, la couleur la plus fonc\u00e9e doit \u00eatre imprim\u00e9e en premier, suivie de la couleur la plus claire.<\/p>\n<p>Encre de tampographie \u00e0 double durcissement par irradiation UV, l'encre a \u00e9t\u00e9 initialement durcie, la surface a une certaine duret\u00e9, les produits imprim\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre empil\u00e9s ou superpos\u00e9s, afin de rendre la performance du film de durcissement optimale, il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement n\u00e9cessaire de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un durcissement \u00e0 chaud, conditions de durcissement pour 130 \u2103, 10 ~ 20min.<\/p>\n<p>L'encre de tampographie UV exige que la pointe adh\u00e9sive de tampographie de l'oligom\u00e8re de l'encre et du diluant actif ait une bonne capacit\u00e9 de transfert, mais comme la pointe adh\u00e9sive de tampographie est principalement compos\u00e9e de caoutchouc silicone, l'affinit\u00e9 entre le caoutchouc silicone et l'oligom\u00e8re d'acrylate et le diluant actif est tr\u00e8s faible, ce qui affecte l'efficacit\u00e9 de transfert de l'encre.
