Dans l'impression typographique, la partie graphique est sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e sur la surface de la plaque d'impression et l'encre est appliqu\u00e9e uniquement sur la partie graphique, puis transmise directement au support. Il existe deux types de presses typographiques : la presse \u00e0 plate-forme et la presse rotative. Dans le premier cas, la plaque d'impression est une surface plane et le rouleau d'impression est un cylindre, tandis que dans le second, la plaque d'impression et le rouleau d'impression sont tous deux des cylindres.<\/p>\n<p>3.6.1 Fabrication de plaques pour l'impression typographique<br \/>\nLes clich\u00e9s utilis\u00e9s pour l'impression typographique sont d\u00e9sormais des clich\u00e9s en r\u00e9sine photopolym\u00e9ris\u00e9e, fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de r\u00e9sine photopolym\u00e9ris\u00e9e par exposition aux UV et d\u00e9veloppement. Les clich\u00e9s typographiques en r\u00e9sine photopolym\u00e9ris\u00e9e sont divis\u00e9s en deux types : les clich\u00e9s typographiques en r\u00e9sine photopolym\u00e9ris\u00e9e liquide et les clich\u00e9s typographiques en r\u00e9sine photopolym\u00e9ris\u00e9e solide.<\/p>\n<p>(1) Plaques en r\u00e9sine photopolym\u00e9ris\u00e9e solide (Toppan)<br \/>\nLe clich\u00e9 photopolym\u00e8re solide utilise un mat\u00e9riau polym\u00e8re solide pour produire le clich\u00e9 photopolym\u00e8re, dont la structure est illustr\u00e9e \u00e0 la figure 3-18.<\/p>\n<p>Figure 3-18 Structure des plaques Toppan en photopolym\u00e8re solide<\/p>\n<p>La plaque de r\u00e9sine solide se compose d'un polym\u00e8re satur\u00e9, d'un agent de r\u00e9ticulation et d'un photo-initiateur. Les polym\u00e8res satur\u00e9s sont des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de l'alcool polyvinylique, des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de la cellulose et des polyamides ; l'agent de r\u00e9ticulation est compos\u00e9 de divinyl ; les photo-initiateurs sont principalement des \u00e9thers de benzo\u00efne ou des anthraquinones. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e9lang\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne, les composants susmentionn\u00e9s sont enduits sur une feuille de polyester ou une base en aluminium avec une couche anti-halation et, apr\u00e8s s\u00e9chage, ils sont transform\u00e9s en une plaque de typographie en r\u00e9sine photosensible solide. Il existe \u00e9galement un composant de plaque en r\u00e9sine solide qui est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 et produit par moulage par extrusion.<\/p>\n<p>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication de plaques typographiques en r\u00e9sine photopolym\u00e8re solide :<\/p>\n<p>Couverture du n\u00e9gatif \u2192 exposition aux UV \u2192 d\u00e9veloppement \u2192 s\u00e9chage \u2192 post-exposition \u2192 plaque d'impression.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le film protecteur en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne retir\u00e9 de la plaque en r\u00e9sine solide, le n\u00e9gatif et la couche de r\u00e9sine photopolym\u00e9ris\u00e9e sont lamin\u00e9s sous vide, expos\u00e9s aux UV, la partie visible \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re est r\u00e9ticul\u00e9e et durcie pour former la partie graphique, et la partie visible \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re est retir\u00e9e au cours du processus de d\u00e9veloppement. Apr\u00e8s s\u00e9chage, la deuxi\u00e8me exposition aux UV est suffisante pour solidifier compl\u00e8tement la plaque afin d'en am\u00e9liorer la duret\u00e9 et d'en faire une plaque d'impression.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Plaques typographiques en r\u00e9sine photopolym\u00e9ris\u00e9e liquide<br \/>\nLa typographie en r\u00e9sine photopolym\u00e9ris\u00e9e liquide fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat liquide de la r\u00e9sine avant la sensibilisation, et la typographie en r\u00e9sine devient solide apr\u00e8s la sensibilisation. La version liquide de la r\u00e9sine de photopolym\u00e9risation est principalement compos\u00e9e de polyester insatur\u00e9 et d'acrylate de polyur\u00e9thane, l'agent de r\u00e9ticulation est un bis-alc\u00e8ne ou un alc\u00e8ne insatur\u00e9, les photo-initiateurs sont principalement de la classe des \u00e9thers de benzo\u00efne.
