La r\u00e9flexion fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie plut\u00f4t qu'\u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re r\u00e9fract\u00e9e, c'est pourquoi l'impression r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante est \u00e9galement connue sous le nom d'impression de motifs r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants. L'impression par r\u00e9flexion utilise le principe de la r\u00e9flexion de la lumi\u00e8re pour obtenir un effet d\u00e9coratif particulier. Elle utilise comme support des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 forte r\u00e9flectivit\u00e9 lumineuse, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des cartons dor\u00e9s ou argent\u00e9s, des films aluminis\u00e9s ou des aciers inoxydables miroirs, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe trois types courants d'impression r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante : l'impression r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante m\u00e9canique traditionnelle, l'impression r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante au laser et l'impression r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante par s\u00e9rigraphie, actuellement plus populaire. En fait, l'essence de ces trois m\u00e9thodes est la m\u00eame : elles utilisent toutes le gaufrage pour reproduire le motif de la texture r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissante sur la surface du substrat.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9fraction m\u00e9canique est obtenue par gravure au laser ou \u00e0 l'eau-forte pour graver le motif de texture r\u00e9fractive sur une plaque m\u00e9tallique, puis en utilisant une pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour transf\u00e9rer le motif de texture r\u00e9fractive sur la surface du substrat. La r\u00e9fraction m\u00e9canique peut \u00eatre obtenue par pressage rotatif ou \u00e0 plat. Le pressage rotatif convient aux travaux d'impression de grande surface et de grand volume, tandis que le pressage \u00e0 plat convient aux travaux d'impression de petite surface et de faible volume.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9fraction laser est similaire \u00e0 la r\u00e9fraction m\u00e9canique, sauf que la formation de la texture de la plaque r\u00e9fractive est beaucoup plus compliqu\u00e9e.
