Viscosit\u00e9<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Qu'elle soit stock\u00e9e dans le pot de peinture ou pendant le processus de s\u00e9chage apr\u00e8s l'application, le d\u00e9moussage est plus difficile lorsque la peinture a une viscosit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Antimousses<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dans les vernis mats \u00e0 base d'eau et \u00e0 haute viscosit\u00e9, le d\u00e9moussage est plus difficile en raison de la forte teneur en r\u00e9sine et de la viscosit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e. La quantit\u00e9 et le type d'antimousse utilis\u00e9s au cours de la production sont relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9s, et l'on utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement deux ou trois antimousses en combinaison, qui sont utilis\u00e9s avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s la dispersion \u00e0 grande vitesse pour supprimer, d\u00e9mousser et d\u00e9sa\u00e9rer. Pour que l'antimousse et les autres additifs se m\u00e9langent bien \u00e0 la r\u00e9sine, une dispersion \u00e0 grande vitesse est n\u00e9cessaire, ce qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re un grand nombre de bulles. Toutefois, comme le premier a une meilleure fluidit\u00e9, sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la contamination pendant l'application est fortement r\u00e9duite. Par cons\u00e9quent, afin de maintenir la stabilit\u00e9 de stockage du rev\u00eatement et d'assurer une meilleure r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'affaissement et \u00e0 la contamination pendant l'application, les vernis mats \u00e0 base d'eau doivent parfois \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en combinaison avec un certain \u00e9paississant alcalinogonflant, m\u00eame lorsque la viscosit\u00e9 est \u00e9lev\u00e9e.
