The most useful answer almost always comes from system-level diagnosis, not a single metric.<\/p>\n<p><!-- lc-qa-end --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Existence d'une charge de choc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Point d'arr\u00eat :<\/strong> L'effluent est accompagn\u00e9 de turbidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analyse :<\/strong> La charge de boues activ\u00e9es caus\u00e9e par le rejet de mati\u00e8res particulaires entra\u00een\u00e9es par l'eau est principalement constitu\u00e9e de particules de boues activ\u00e9es qui ne sont pas d\u00e9cant\u00e9es, par l'impact de l'activit\u00e9 des boues activ\u00e9es pour augmenter l'activit\u00e9 des boues activ\u00e9es, en raison de l'activit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e entre les particules, la floculation des particules de boues activ\u00e9es entre les particules est faible. Croissance des boues : la croissance des boues est rapide, environ 20% par jour.<\/p>\n<p>4. F\/M : F\/M sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 0,5.<\/p>\n<p>5. Contre-mesures : Il est possible de r\u00e9duire la charge de choc en homog\u00e9n\u00e9isant la qualit\u00e9 et la quantit\u00e9 d'eau dans la zone de mat\u00e9rialisation. Augmenter \u00e9galement le MLSS pour contrebalancer la charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vieillissement des boues activ\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Points d'appr\u00e9ciation :<\/strong> Le surnageant contient de fines flocs non d\u00e9cant\u00e9es, mais l'eau interstitielle est claire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analyse :<\/strong> les causes du vieillissement des boues activ\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<p>\u2460 \u00e9vacuation intempestive de la boue ; \u2461 concentration trop faible de l'eau d'alimentation ; \u2462 contr\u00f4le trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 du MLSS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Performance de l'indice de contr\u00f4le des processus :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.SV30 : vitesse de d\u00e9cantation accrue (90% du processus en 3min) ; augmentation de la compressibilit\u00e9 des boues activ\u00e9es (SV30 inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 8%) ; couleur de d\u00e9cantation trop fonc\u00e9e (brun fonc\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>2. OD : a\u00e9ration r\u00e9duite L'OD est encore \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>3. Croissance des boues : r\u00e9duite par rapport \u00e0 la situation ant\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p>4. Contre-mesures : Saisir la valeur F\/M \u00c9viter le fonctionnement \u00e0 faible charge \u00e0 long terme Augmenter la concentration du substrat influent et r\u00e9duire le MLSS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Empoisonnement par les boues activ\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Points d'appr\u00e9ciation :<\/strong> Si les protozoaires disparaissent manifestement, accompagn\u00e9s d'une eau de rejet contenant des particules en suspension, la DCO de l'eau de l'effluent augmente manifestement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analyse :<\/strong> Le m\u00e9tabolisme normal des boues activ\u00e9es est affect\u00e9 par l'impact et l'inhibition des substances toxiques, ce qui entra\u00eene la mort d'une partie des boues activ\u00e9es p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques, qui sont ensuite d\u00e9sint\u00e9gr\u00e9es et partiellement dissoutes dans le m\u00e9lange, ce qui entra\u00eene une augmentation significative de la DCO de l'effluent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Performance de l'indice de contr\u00f4le des processus :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.SV : turbidit\u00e9 du surnageant, couleur fonc\u00e9e des boues, le surnageant est toujours trouble et le temps de d\u00e9cantation n'a aucune relation.<\/p>\n<p>2.DO : la m\u00eame force d'a\u00e9ration DO est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que d'habitude.<\/p>\n<p>3. Croissance des boues : les nouvelles boues ne sont pas visibles, le MLSS diminue. Pendant la p\u00e9riode de diminution de la concentration des boues activ\u00e9es, la d\u00e9sint\u00e9gration formelle des boues activ\u00e9es se poursuit, et les particules pi\u00e9g\u00e9es dans l'eau de drainage sont les plus \u00e9videntes ; la situation redevient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement normale en une semaine apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9limination des mati\u00e8res toxiques ou inertes. Cependant, pendant la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, en raison de la forte activit\u00e9 de la croissance des boues, l'eau de drainage est toujours entra\u00een\u00e9e par des particules.<\/p>\n<p>4. Contre-mesures : Augmenter l'\u00e9vacuation des boues et remplacer les boues activ\u00e9es inhib\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de d\u00e9nitrification dans le processus de s\u00e9dimentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Point de jugement :<\/strong> le gaz g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le processus de d\u00e9nitrification emprisonne les boues pour les faire flotter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analyse :<\/strong> la concentration du m\u00e9lange de boues activ\u00e9es est \u00e9lev\u00e9e et l'a\u00e9ration est s\u00e9rieusement insuffisante, et le m\u00e9lange contient de l'azote ammoniacal, de l'azote organique et d'autres r\u00e9actions de d\u00e9nitrification, ce qui entra\u00eene la s\u00e9dimentation des boues activ\u00e9es sur le flotteur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Performance de l'indice de contr\u00f4le des processus :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.SV : les boues activ\u00e9es se d\u00e9posent d'abord, puis remontent ; les boues activ\u00e9es s'enfoncent \u00e0 nouveau apr\u00e8s le m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n<p>2.DO : condition anoxique.<\/p>\n<p>3. Contre-mesures : am\u00e9liorer l'a\u00e9ration ; am\u00e9liorer la concentration en substrat ; r\u00e9duire la teneur en azote de l'eau d'alimentation afin d'\u00e9viter un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre d\u00fb au rapport C\/N.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u00e9ration excessive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Points d'appr\u00e9ciation :<\/strong> la capacit\u00e9 de floculation s'affaiblit, les flocs graves n'ont pas la capacit\u00e9 de floculation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analyse :<\/strong> une a\u00e9ration excessive n'est pas propice \u00e0 la croissance et \u00e0 la reproduction normales des boues activ\u00e9es, les flocs de boues activ\u00e9es se rompent sous l'action des bulles d'air.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Performance de l'indice de contr\u00f4le des processus :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.SV : tout au long du processus de d\u00e9cantation, les particules fines sont plus nombreuses dans le surnageant, elles coulent et flottent lentement, et l'eau entre les particules est trouble.<\/p>\n<p>2.DO : a\u00e9ration \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 long terme (faible charge).<\/p>\n<p>3.
