Pourquoi tant d'entreprises s'int\u00e9ressent-elles \u00e0 la technologie de production d'acide acrylique par oxydation directe du propane ? Le nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de production d'acide acrylique peut-il \u00eatre comp\u00e9titif ? \u00c0 cette fin, j'ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate connexe.<\/p>\n<p>1\u3001Quels sont les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de production de l'acide acrylique ? Pour autant que je sache, il existe de nombreux types de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de production d'acide acrylique, respectivement la m\u00e9thode du chloro\u00e9thanol, la m\u00e9thode du cyano\u00e9thanol, la m\u00e9thode de Reppe (Reppe) \u00e0 haute pression (m\u00e9thode de synth\u00e8se du carbonyle \u00e0 haute pression), la m\u00e9thode de l'alc\u00e9none, la m\u00e9thode de l'hydrolyse de l'acrylonitrile, la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne, et avec le d\u00e9veloppement de la technologie chimique, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de la nouvelle technologie de production, telles que la m\u00e9thode de l'ac\u00e9tate de formald\u00e9hyde, la m\u00e9thode biologique, la m\u00e9thode du propane en une \u00e9tape et ainsi de suite. Bien qu'il existe de nombreux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de production, la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne est la plus aboutie et la plus largement utilis\u00e9e dans l'industrie. La m\u00e9thode au chloro\u00e9thanol est l'une des premi\u00e8res m\u00e9thodes industrialis\u00e9es pour la production d'acide acrylique. Le chloro\u00e9thanol et le cyanure de sodium g\u00e9n\u00e8rent du cyano\u00e9thanol sous l'action d'un catalyseur alcalin. Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9action \u00e0 l'acide sulfurique et traitement de d\u00e9shydratation, on obtient de l'acrylonitrile, puis, apr\u00e8s hydrolyse ou alcoolyse, de l'acide acrylique. La m\u00e9thode du cyano\u00e9thanol est une r\u00e9action chimique entre la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re, le cyanure de sodium, et le chloro\u00e9thanol. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 obtenir le produit interm\u00e9diaire de la solution de cyano\u00e9thanol, la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 ajouter de l'acide sulfurique comme catalyseur pour l'hydrolyse, puis l'acide acrylique peut \u00eatre obtenu apr\u00e8s s\u00e9paration et purification. La m\u00e9thode de Reppe \u00e0 haute pression (Reppe) pour la synth\u00e8se du carbonyle de l'ac\u00e9tyl\u00e8ne et du monoxyde de carbone, en pr\u00e9sence de sel dans une solution de t\u00e9trahydrofurane pour la r\u00e9action, la pr\u00e9paration de l'acide acrylique. La m\u00e9thode de la c\u00e9tone vinylique utilise la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re de la c\u00e9tone vinylique, tout d'abord l'acide ac\u00e9tique par la r\u00e9action de craquage pour obtenir la c\u00e9tone vinylique, suivie de la r\u00e9action avec le formald\u00e9hyde ne contenant pas d'humidit\u00e9, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de propiolactone, comme catalyseur pour catalyser la r\u00e9action d'isom\u00e9risation de l'acide acrylique. M\u00e9thode d'hydrolyse de l'acrylonitrile : hydrolyse de l'acrylonitrile, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de l'acrylamide et du sulfate, apr\u00e8s traitement d'hydrolyse, il peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de l'acide acrylique. La m\u00e9thode d'oxydation de l'acrylique consiste \u00e0 m\u00e9langer la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re propyl\u00e8ne avec de l'air et de la vapeur d'eau en fonction de la proportion, \u00e0 ajouter une quantit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9e de catalyseur, la r\u00e9action d'oxydation se produit pour obtenir le produit interm\u00e9diaire acrol\u00e9ine, l'acrol\u00e9ine et l'air, la vapeur d'eau sous l'action du catalyseur, une autre r\u00e9action d'oxydation, la s\u00e9paration, le raffinage pour obtenir de l'acide acrylique. La m\u00e9thode d'oxydation de l'acide acrylique est le principal proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de production d'acide acrylique. La m\u00e9thode de l'ac\u00e9tate de formald\u00e9hyde est une voie de synth\u00e8se chimique du charbon, c'est la synth\u00e8se de l'acide ac\u00e9tique et de la r\u00e9action de condensation de l'ald\u00e9hyde hydroxyle du formald\u00e9hyde pour le processus de l'acide acrylique. La m\u00e9thode biologique consiste \u00e0 produire de l'acide acrylique \u00e0 partir de glucose ou d'autres hydrates de carbone par le biais d'un processus de fermentation biologique. Figure 1 Sch\u00e9ma de la cha\u00eene industrielle de l'acide acrylique en Chine<\/p>\n<p>2\u3001Quels sont les avantages du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 en une \u00e9tape au propane ? La m\u00e9thode d'oxydation directe du propane consiste \u00e0 utiliser des catalyseurs sp\u00e9cifiques, dans des conditions de r\u00e9action sp\u00e9cifiques, afin que la r\u00e9action d'oxydation du propane et de l'oxyg\u00e8ne produise de l'acide acrylique. Bien que la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation directe du propane soit fondamentalement diff\u00e9rente de la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation du propyl\u00e8ne en termes de principe de r\u00e9action, elle est en fait d\u00e9riv\u00e9e de la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation du propyl\u00e8ne. Cette m\u00e9thode utilise le propane et l'air comme mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et permet d'obtenir de l'acide acrylique brut par oxydation, absorption, extraction et distillation. La m\u00e9thode adopte un processus en lit fixe pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de l'acide acrylique par oxydation directe en deux \u00e9tapes avec des oxydes m\u00e9talliques mixtes comme catalyseurs, ce qui peut raccourcir le processus de d\u00e9shydrog\u00e9nation du propane en propyl\u00e8ne et r\u00e9aliser le recyclage de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re propane. L'oxydation directe du propane pour pr\u00e9parer l'acide acrylique ne passe pas par le processus de l'acrol\u00e9ine et, compar\u00e9e \u00e0 l'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne, elle pr\u00e9sente les caract\u00e9ristiques d'un processus court et de moins de polluants environnementaux. Comme il s'agit d'une nouvelle technologie, il n'existe pas d'unit\u00e9 de production industrielle \u00e0 l'heure actuelle, et le contr\u00f4le des conditions de r\u00e9action de ce processus est \u00e9galement une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 du processus de production d'acide acrylique par oxydation directe du propane. D'apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9roulement du processus, le processus en une \u00e9tape du propane est nettement plus court que l'oxydation du propyl\u00e8ne, mais en raison de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de types de catalyseurs sp\u00e9ciaux, la technologie du processus est soumise \u00e0 des tests plus stricts en termes de s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9, d'activit\u00e9 et de stabilit\u00e9. En outre, la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re de la m\u00e9thode du propane en une \u00e9tape est le propane, qui peut \u00eatre produit par le gaz naturel ou par la raffinerie, ce qui lui conf\u00e8re un large \u00e9ventail de sources de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne. D'apr\u00e8s la tendance des prix des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, le prix du propane est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du propyl\u00e8ne, de 2009 \u00e0 2023, la diff\u00e9rence de prix entre les deux s'est maintenue \u00e0 environ 3 200 yuans\/tonne, avec le taux d'utilisation du propane, et l'offre de propyl\u00e8ne devrait \u00eatre exc\u00e9dentaire, ce qui entra\u00eenera un r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement progressif de la diff\u00e9rence de prix entre les deux, jusqu'en 2023, la diff\u00e9rence de prix a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duite \u00e0 environ 1 700 yuans\/tonne. La concurrence dans l'industrie de l'acide acrylique s'intensifie-t-elle ? D'apr\u00e8s ce que j'ai compris, la raison pour laquelle tout le monde d\u00e9veloppe activement de nouveaux processus de production est qu'\u00e0 l'heure actuelle, les principaux produits chimiques en vrac de Chine sont essentiellement exc\u00e9dentaires et sur le point de l'\u00eatre, l'acide acrylique ne faisant pas exception \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle. L'acide acrylique est un monom\u00e8re important de l'ester acrylique, c'est le produit cl\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser l'expansion du raffinement de la cha\u00eene industrielle, en aval il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re de base de l'acrylate de m\u00e9thyle, de l'acrylate d'\u00e9thyle, de l'acrylate de butyle, de l'acrylate d'isooctyle, de la r\u00e9sine SAP et de l'ester de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de l'acide acrylique, et c'est \u00e9galement en raison de l'offre sp\u00e9ciale d'acide acrylique, qui a conduit \u00e0 une augmentation progressive de l'\u00e9chelle de production au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Selon mes statistiques, d'ici la fin 2023, la production d'acide acrylique en Chine aura d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les 4 millions de tonnes par an, avec un taux de croissance annuel moyen de plus de 4%, atteignant ainsi un niveau historique, ce qui d\u00e9clenchera une concurrence accrue. L'expansion de l'\u00e9chelle de l'acide acrylique a conduit \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de la production d'acide acrylique. Selon mes statistiques, \u00e0 la fin de 2023, la production chinoise d'acide acrylique d\u00e9passera 2,7 millions de tonnes\/an, affichant un taux de croissance annuel moyen de plus de 10%. La cha\u00eene de l'industrie chinoise de l'acide acrylique, dont le mode de d\u00e9veloppement est le plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9, soutient davantage les esters acryliques en aval, de sorte que la production d'acide acrylique refl\u00e8te davantage la croissance de la production d'esters en aval. Selon la tendance de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l'offre d'acide acrylique en Chine s'est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, mais le niveau global du taux de travail est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 70%. Selon l'industrie pour \u00e9valuer la norme de l'exc\u00e9dent du march\u00e9, le taux de d\u00e9marrage de moins de 75% est principalement dans le statu quo de l'exc\u00e9dent, et le march\u00e9 de l'acide acrylique au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le taux de d\u00e9marrage sont inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 70%. Cela est \u00e9galement d\u00fb \u00e0 la concurrence accrue sur le march\u00e9 de l'acide acrylique, qui se traduit par un faible taux de d\u00e9marrage. Par cons\u00e9quent, de nombreux projets de construction d'entreprises sont activement \u00e0 la recherche de nouvelles technologies pour faire face \u00e0 la concurrence actuelle sur le march\u00e9 de l'acide acrylique et trouver une marge de man\u0153uvre pour survivre. En ce qui concerne les autres types de processus de production d'acide acrylique, la plupart d'entre eux pr\u00e9sentent les caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes : indisponibilit\u00e9 des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 du processus de production et obstacles techniques importants, de sorte que l'acide acrylique en une \u00e9tape \u00e0 base de propane a suscit\u00e9 une grande inqui\u00e9tude dans l'industrie. Figure 3 Tendance du taux de d\u00e9marrage de l'acide acrylique en Chine (unit\u00e9 : 10 000 tonnes\/an)<\/p>\n<p>4\u3001De combien le co\u00fbt de la m\u00e9thode de production du propane en une \u00e9tape peut-il \u00eatre r\u00e9duit ? Pour la concurrence du processus de production en une \u00e9tape du propane, outre la question de savoir si ce processus est vraiment m\u00fbr et la possibilit\u00e9 d'industrialisation, on accorde plus d'attention au co\u00fbt de la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne qu'\u00e0 la question de savoir dans quelle mesure il peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duit. Selon les informations pertinentes, le processus de production de propane en une \u00e9tape, la consommation unitaire de propane dans 0,87-1,235, d'autres accessoires du processus de production, les extractants, les agents de blocage, le catalyseur d'oxydation du propane, l'acide p-tolu\u00e8ne sulfonique et d'autres produits, le co\u00fbt unitaire de ces mat\u00e9riaux auxiliaires de base est d'environ 440 yuans \/ tonne. En ce qui concerne les travaux utilitaires, ils comprennent l'eau douce, l'eau d\u00e9min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, l'azote, l'air d'instrumentation, le gaz combustible, l'eau de circulation et la vapeur, etc. et ces co\u00fbts s'\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 environ 1 500 RMB\/tonne. Sans tenir compte des co\u00fbts financiers, des frais de gestion, de l'amortissement et des autres co\u00fbts, le co\u00fbt total des mat\u00e9riaux auxiliaires de base et des travaux publics est d'environ 2 000 RMB\/tonne, et ce co\u00fbt peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre appel\u00e9 co\u00fbt de traitement. La comparaison des co\u00fbts de traitement de la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne montre qu'il n'y a pas de grande diff\u00e9rence entre les deux co\u00fbts de traitement. Toutefois, il convient de noter qu'en raison du processus de production en une \u00e9tape du propane dans la maturit\u00e9 du test de march\u00e9, certaines technologies de production, la consommation unitaire de propane peut atteindre environ 0,87, tandis que certains processus de production ne peuvent atteindre que 1,235. Par cons\u00e9quent, si la consommation unitaire de propane change, le co\u00fbt de l'acide acrylique subit \u00e9galement des changements \u00e9vidents. Selon la mesure de la consommation unitaire de propane de 0,87, en partant du principe que le co\u00fbt de traitement est le m\u00eame, que l'on utilise du propane national ou du propane import\u00e9, la m\u00e9thode du propane en une \u00e9tape pr\u00e9sente un avantage en termes de co\u00fbt par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de l'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne. \u00c0 en juger par les changements th\u00e9oriques de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la diff\u00e9rence de prix entre les deux est d'environ 1 200 RMB\/tonne. Fig. 4 Comparaison du co\u00fbt de l'acide acrylique entre la m\u00e9thode du propane en une \u00e9tape (consommation unitaire de 0,87) et la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne en Chine (unit\u00e9 : yuan\/tonne)<\/p>\n<p>Si l'on utilise la consommation unitaire de 1,235 propane, selon la comparaison de l'\u00e9volution des prix du propane import\u00e9 et du propane domestique, on calcule que la m\u00e9thode de conservation directe du propyl\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sente un certain avantage en termes de co\u00fbts dans le pass\u00e9, en particulier entre 2009 et 2015. Cependant, de 2016 \u00e0 2020, l'avantage de co\u00fbt de la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne n'est pas \u00e9vident, mais la diff\u00e9rence entre les deux processus de production n'est pas grande. De 2021 \u00e0 2023, l'avantage de co\u00fbt de l'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne est plus \u00e9vident. Figure 5 Comparaison du co\u00fbt de l'acide acrylique entre le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 en une \u00e9tape au propane (consommation de 1,235 unit\u00e9) et le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne en Chine (unit\u00e9 : yuan\/tonne) Source : Business News Agency En d'autres termes, si la consommation unitaire de propane varie fortement, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 en une \u00e9tape au propane ne pr\u00e9sente pas une comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 \u00e9vidente en termes de co\u00fbts, alors que le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne est plus comp\u00e9titif en termes de co\u00fbts. Enfin, je voudrais dire que le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de production d'acide acrylique en une \u00e9tape au propane, du point de vue du flux de processus, pr\u00e9sente les caract\u00e9ristiques d'un processus court, et que la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re propane est moins ch\u00e8re que le propyl\u00e8ne. Cependant, en raison des limites de la maturit\u00e9 technique, il n'y a pas de comparaison r\u00e9elle entre les installations industrielles, le r\u00e9sultat de cette comparaison n'est donn\u00e9 qu'\u00e0 titre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et n'a pas de valeur d'orientation en mati\u00e8re d'investissement. \u00c0 mon avis, la valeur du propane continuera d'augmenter \u00e0 l'avenir, sous l'impulsion non seulement du d\u00e9veloppement de l'industrie du PDH, mais aussi de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'accro\u00eetre l'utilisation des sources d'\u00e9nergie fossiles \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone. Le propyl\u00e8ne \u00e9tant fourni de plus en plus souvent, on s'attend \u00e0 ce que sa valeur diminue progressivement. Dans ce contexte, la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne devrait s'am\u00e9liorer plus fortement. Toutefois, il convient de noter que si les raffineries utilisent leur propre sous-production de propane, ainsi que la sous-production de gaz d'\u00e9chappement de l'unit\u00e9 MTO comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re, cette comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 est nettement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation directe du propyl\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
