Il est bien connu que l'oxyde de graph\u00e8ne est progressivement r\u00e9duit sous l'effet de la lumi\u00e8re UV et que le changement de couleur du jaune clair au noir fonc\u00e9 se produit au cours du processus de r\u00e9duction. Cependant, jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, il n'y a pas beaucoup d'id\u00e9es sur la fa\u00e7on d'utiliser ce changement de couleur dans les produits de consommation courante. Pour \u00e9tudier le m\u00e9canisme photosensible des rev\u00eatements d'oxyde de graph\u00e8ne, nous avons pr\u00e9par\u00e9 des rev\u00eatements de GO d'une \u00e9paisseur de film de 0,2 mm en ajoutant 0,02 wt% d'oxyde de graph\u00e8ne \u00e0 une dispersion aqueuse de polyur\u00e9thane (WPU), qui \u00e9tait jaune p\u00e2le et semblait presque incolore en apparence. La partie du rev\u00eatement d'oxyde de graph\u00e8ne a \u00e9t\u00e9 couverte par un compteur de papillons et ensuite irradi\u00e9e avec une lumi\u00e8re UV pendant 30 minutes, et les r\u00e9sultats sont montr\u00e9s dans la figure 2a. Le motif papillon d\u00e9couvert a pris une couleur tr\u00e8s fonc\u00e9e (presque noire). La figure 2b montre les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude Raman des zones claires et sombres de l'\u00e9chantillon. Les r\u00e9sultats pour l'\u00e9chantillon non trait\u00e9 sont \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s WPU\/GO et la zone sombre est \u00e9tiquet\u00e9e WPU\/RGO avec des valeurs ID\/IG correspondantes de 1,00 et 0,98, respectivement. Cela indique clairement que certains groupes fonctionnels contenant de l'oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 la surface du GO ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9limin\u00e9s et que la r\u00e9duction photochimique de l'oxyde de graph\u00e8ne sous irradiation UV est diminu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Conception et caract\u00e9ristiques des couleurs<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En combinant des rev\u00eatements tactiles photosensibles avec d'autres pigments, il est possible de cr\u00e9er des motifs color\u00e9s passionnants o\u00f9 la couleur change progressivement \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re du soleil et s'assombrit consid\u00e9rablement sous l'effet des UV. Pour cr\u00e9er de bons produits de consommation, le d\u00e9veloppement des couleurs doit \u00eatre abord\u00e9 dans deux directions : 1) la couleur initiale avant l'exposition aux UV doit \u00eatre attrayante pour susciter la d\u00e9cision d'achat initiale, et 2) la couleur finale plus fonc\u00e9e doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre tr\u00e8s attrayante pour maintenir la satisfaction du consommateur \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard du produit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les pigments iridescents ont un tr\u00e8s bon effet de changement de couleur et, fait int\u00e9ressant, ils ont une apparence tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente sur les fonds clairs et fonc\u00e9s. Outre leur effet iridescent, les pigments iridescents pr\u00e9sentent un brillant clair tr\u00e8s transparent sur les fonds clairs et un effet sombre unique (comme le violet fonc\u00e9, le bleu fonc\u00e9 et le vert fonc\u00e9) sur les fonds sombres. La figure 3 montre l'effet du rev\u00eatement sur un \u00e9chantillon en noir et blanc, o\u00f9 le changement de couleur d\u00fb \u00e0 la couleur du fond est clairement visible. Le rev\u00eatement tactile photosensible peut maintenant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme couleur de fond, et le rev\u00eatement dop\u00e9 au GO est essentiellement translucide. Ainsi, dans notre rev\u00eatement standard, une couche blanche est plac\u00e9e sous le rev\u00eatement dop\u00e9 \u00e0 l'oxyde de graph\u00e8ne. Avant l'application d'un rayonnement UV, le syst\u00e8me de rev\u00eatement photosensible pr\u00e9sente donc un aspect clair et iris\u00e9, et apr\u00e8s l'irradiation UV, la couche dop\u00e9e \u00e0 l'oxyde de graph\u00e8ne s'assombrit et finit par devenir noire. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la couche dop\u00e9e au GO s'assombrit, la couleur iris\u00e9e du vernis de finition devient plus prononc\u00e9e et atteint finalement la couleur d'un fond noir.<\/p>\n<p>La couleur change avec le temps et l'intensit\u00e9 des UV<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour l'application pratique des rev\u00eatements tactiles photosensibles, il est important de comprendre les conditions et le moment du changement de couleur de la couleur initiale \u00e0 la couleur finale. Nous avons donc \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les effets de l'intensit\u00e9 des UV, du temps et de la temp\u00e9rature sur le changement de couleur. Les r\u00e9sultats sont r\u00e9sum\u00e9s dans le tableau 1 de la page suivante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les conclusions sont les suivantes 1) une lumi\u00e8re UV plus intense raccourcit le temps de changement de couleur ; 2) une exposition discontinue avec des applications fr\u00e9quentes prend plus de temps pour changer de couleur qu'une exposition continue \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re UV ; 3) en l'absence de lumi\u00e8re UV, la couleur du rev\u00eatement ne change pas, m\u00eame \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures allant jusqu'\u00e0 80\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si l'on consid\u00e8re que le rev\u00eatement a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois sur des chaussures de sport et que l'on tient compte des habitudes normales des consommateurs qui utilisent des chaussures de course, il faut environ 100 jours pour que le rev\u00eatement des chaussures de sport change compl\u00e8tement de couleur. Il est \u00e9vident que le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 un changement complet de couleur d\u00e9pend fortement de la zone climatique, de la dur\u00e9e d'utilisation et des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques locales, mais l'\u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une gamme int\u00e9ressante de changements de couleur dans les chaussures de sport d'ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Personnalisation des chaussures de sport<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les rev\u00eatements tactiles photosensibles permettent non seulement de modifier les couleurs en d\u00e9grad\u00e9 des chaussures de sport, mais ils peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour la personnalisation ponctuelle, et les chaussures dot\u00e9es de rev\u00eatements photosensibles peuvent \u00eatre produites en masse de mani\u00e8re efficace.
