It is often compared with DCP, but equivalent phr and cure conditions should not be assumed without active-oxygen, carrier and processing data.<\/p>\n<p>L'agent de vulcanisation BIBP appartient \u00e0 la classe des agents de r\u00e9ticulation peroxyd\u00e9s, dans le processus de vulcanisation pour la r\u00e9ticulation des radicaux libres, la densit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ticulation \u00e9lev\u00e9e des produits en caoutchouc, le processus de r\u00e9ticulation n'\u00e9met pas d'odeur irritante pour l'environnement sans pollution. Les m\u00e9thodes de vulcanisation appropri\u00e9es sont : la vulcanisation moul\u00e9e, la vulcanisation en cuve \u00e0 vapeur, la vulcanisation continue \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p>Agent de vulcanisation BIBP<br \/>\nLe BIPB est appel\u00e9 DCP inodore, en plus de la similitude de structure, il y a une raison importante, c'est que presque peut utiliser DCP o\u00f9 il peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par BIPB, BIPB au lieu de DCP performance du caoutchouc, y compris la duret\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la rupture, l'allongement, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la d\u00e9chirure et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'huile, le coefficient de vieillissement, etc, fondamentalement les m\u00eames, et la d\u00e9formation par compression \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, BIPB est meilleur que DCP.<\/p>\n<p>Mais le BIPB pr\u00e9sente un inconv\u00e9nient important : son prix est beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que celui du DCP, ce qui constitue le principal facteur limitant l'utilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e du BIPB. En Europe, l'utilisation du BIPB est beaucoup plus importante que celle du DCP et, avec le renforcement de la sensibilisation des producteurs nationaux et des consommateurs \u00e0 la protection de l'environnement, la demande de BIPB domestique augmente.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre inconv\u00e9nient majeur du BIPB est que lorsqu'il est utilis\u00e9 comme agent de r\u00e9ticulation de l'EPDM, il est facile de voir appara\u00eetre le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de cristal de pulv\u00e9risation (notez qu'il s'agit de cristal de pulv\u00e9risation et non de givre de pulv\u00e9risation), la lumi\u00e8re montera en cristal brillant, alors que le DCP n'y parviendra pas. Cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 la mauvaise compatibilit\u00e9 des produits de d\u00e9composition du BIPB et de l'EPDM et \u00e0 la pulv\u00e9risation.
