Mais les additifs plastiques traditionnels sont principalement issus de sources p\u00e9troli\u00e8res. Avec les progr\u00e8s de la sensibilisation \u00e0 la protection de l'environnement et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les additifs plastiques biosourc\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentent des caract\u00e9ristiques plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de protection de l'environnement, entre autres, et la transformation environnementale des additifs plastiques est devenue une tendance.<\/p>\n<p>Dans tous les additifs plastiques, les plastifiants repr\u00e9sentent une tr\u00e8s grande proportion, c'est l'utilisation actuelle du caoutchouc plastique zui une grande quantit\u00e9 d'additifs, 90% pour la r\u00e9sine PVC.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00f4le principal des plastifiants est d'\u00eatre ajout\u00e9s aux mat\u00e9riaux polym\u00e8res pour am\u00e9liorer leur plasticit\u00e9. L'essence de la transformation des polym\u00e8res thermoplastiques est d'augmenter l'activit\u00e9 des mol\u00e9cules de polym\u00e8res en les chauffant, en affaiblissant leurs forces intermol\u00e9culaires, ce qui les rend plastiques.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, pour certains polym\u00e8res polaires pr\u00e9sentant des forces intermol\u00e9culaires \u00e9lev\u00e9es et instables au chauffage, il devient tr\u00e8s difficile de les mouler par le seul chauffage, et les forces intermol\u00e9culaires \u00e9lev\u00e9es rendent les produits finis de ces polym\u00e8res durs, in\u00e9lastiques et flexibles sans ajout de plastifiants ou en quantit\u00e9s inad\u00e9quates.<\/p>\n<p>Pour fabriquer des produits en PVC souple, il faut ajouter une quantit\u00e9 suffisante de plastifiant. Effet de blindage<\/p>\n<p>Cet effet est d\u00fb aux plastifiants polaires.
