Lors de la configuration des encres d'imprimerie, il est n\u00e9cessaire de tester diff\u00e9rentes marques d'encres d'imprimerie, car il existe de nombreuses encres d'imprimerie dont la couleur est dilu\u00e9e lorsqu'elles sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9es \u00e0 des additifs 50%, tandis que d'autres ne subissent aucun changement. Le type et la quantit\u00e9 de plastifiant ajout\u00e9 au PVC souple ou \u00e0 d'autres plastiques d\u00e9pendent largement des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques, thermiques et \u00e9lectriques que l'on attend du mat\u00e9riau imprim\u00e9. Les plastifiants peuvent migrer \u00e0 la surface du substrat et affecter l'adh\u00e9rence de l'encre. Les plastifiants laiss\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface du substrat constituent une sorte de contamination qui r\u00e9duit l'\u00e9nergie de surface du substrat. Plus la contamination est importante, plus l'\u00e9nergie de surface est faible et moins l'encre adh\u00e8re. Pour \u00e9viter cela, il est possible de nettoyer les substrats avec un solvant de nettoyage doux avant l'impression afin d'am\u00e9liorer leur imprimabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>2. Combien de lampes dois-je utiliser pour le durcissement ?<br \/>\nBien que les syst\u00e8mes d'encre et les types de substrats varient, un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9chage \u00e0 une seule lampe est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement suffisant.
