Comment les plastifiants affectent-ils l'adh\u00e9rence des encres sur le PVC ?<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Avec une nouvelle s\u00e9rie d'\u00e9preuves exp\u00e9rimentales, nous ajouterons cette fois 2 parties d'additifs transparents \u00e0 1 partie de l'encre d'impression originale. \u00c0 ce stade, l'encre d'impression pigment\u00e9e ne repr\u00e9sente plus que 33% du total et l'on peut constater que l'imprimabilit\u00e9 de ce m\u00e9lange a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9e et que les couleurs se situent toujours dans la fourchette accept\u00e9e pour les produits de la plupart des fabricants. Lors de la configuration des encres d'imprimerie, il est n\u00e9cessaire de tester diff\u00e9rentes marques d'encres d'imprimerie, car il existe de nombreuses encres d'imprimerie dont la couleur est dilu\u00e9e lorsqu'elles sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9es \u00e0 des additifs 50%, tandis que d'autres ne subissent aucun changement. Les additifs et les plastifiants utilis\u00e9s par les fabricants pour formuler les encres d'imprimerie sont les facteurs les plus importants qui entra\u00eenent des diff\u00e9rences dans la qualit\u00e9 des encres d'imprimerie, les plastifiants \u00e9tant l'ingr\u00e9dient le plus important, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9s r\u00e9ducteurs dans la plupart des cas.<\/p>\n

Les plastifiants sont des produits chimiques qui rendent les mat\u00e9riaux imprim\u00e9s plus flexibles et souples, et leur utilisation dans le PVC (chlorure de polyvinyle) est tr\u00e8s courante. Le type et la quantit\u00e9 de plastifiant ajout\u00e9 au PVC souple ou \u00e0 d'autres plastiques d\u00e9pendent largement des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques, thermiques et \u00e9lectriques que l'on attend du mat\u00e9riau imprim\u00e9. Les plastifiants peuvent migrer \u00e0 la surface du substrat et affecter l'adh\u00e9rence de l'encre. Les plastifiants laiss\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface du substrat constituent une sorte de contamination qui r\u00e9duit l'\u00e9nergie de surface du substrat. Plus la contamination est importante, plus l'\u00e9nergie de surface est faible et moins l'encre adh\u00e8re. Pour \u00e9viter cela, il est possible de nettoyer les substrats avec un solvant de nettoyage doux avant l'impression afin d'am\u00e9liorer leur imprimabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

2. Combien de lampes dois-je utiliser pour le durcissement ?
\nBien que les syst\u00e8mes d'encre et les types de substrats varient, un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9chage \u00e0 une seule lampe est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement suffisant. Bien entendu, si vous disposez d'un budget suffisant, vous pouvez \u00e9galement opter pour un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 deux lampes afin d'augmenter la vitesse de s\u00e9chage. La plupart des encres sont thixotropes, ce qui signifie que leur viscosit\u00e9 change avec le cisaillement, le temps et la temp\u00e9rature. En outre, plus le taux de cisaillement est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus la viscosit\u00e9 de l'encre est faible ; plus la temp\u00e9rature ambiante est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la viscosit\u00e9 annuelle de l'encre est faible. Les encres de s\u00e9rigraphie donnent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de bons r\u00e9sultats sur la presse, mais pr\u00e9sentent parfois des probl\u00e8mes d'imprimabilit\u00e9 en fonction des r\u00e9glages de la presse et du pr\u00e9presse.
