Dans la formulation actuelle de la stabilisation \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des rev\u00eatements, les techniciens utilisent souvent une combinaison de deux ou plusieurs m\u00e9canismes diff\u00e9rents de stabilisateurs de lumi\u00e8re pour obtenir un effet de stabilisation \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re plus efficace et plus durable sur le rev\u00eatement, qui a un effet additif de 1 + 1 &gt; 2. Le premier prot\u00e8ge le vernis de la photo-oxydation \u00e0 la source en filtrant la lumi\u00e8re UV nocive de la lumi\u00e8re solaire, mais il est difficile d'\u00e9viter la transformation au cours de sa propre action cyclique, avec des changements irr\u00e9versibles tels que la d\u00e9coloration et la photolyse, et la concentration efficace diminue progressivement et perd lentement son effet photostabilisant. Le HALS interrompt le processus de photo-oxydation en \u00e9liminant les radicaux libres et les peroxydes du rev\u00eatement afin de maintenir la brillance du rev\u00eatement et d'inhiber le jaunissement et la fragilisation. La combinaison de l'absorbeur d'UV et du HALS peut jouer un r\u00f4le compl\u00e9mentaire pour se prot\u00e9ger mutuellement, car l'absorbeur d'UV filtre les rayons UV nocifs et prot\u00e8ge les radicaux azote-oxyg\u00e8ne de l'appauvrissement photolytique, tandis que le HALS pi\u00e9ge les radicaux libres et les hydroperoxydes pour prot\u00e9ger les UVA de l'appauvrissement photolytique. L'absorbeur d'UV est prot\u00e9g\u00e9 contre les radicaux libres et les peroxydes. En se compl\u00e9tant l'un l'autre, l'absorbeur d'UV et le HALS peuvent maintenir une concentration suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9e pendant le photovieillissement du vernis pendant une longue p\u00e9riode afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'effet de photostabilisation.<\/p>\n<p>Le graphique de gauche montre l'\u00e9volution de la concentration des radicaux d'oxyde d'azote dans le film d'un rev\u00eatement en copolym\u00e8re acrylate contenant des unit\u00e9s de styr\u00e8ne au cours du processus de photovieillissement. Dans le syst\u00e8me contenant uniquement des HALS, les radicaux azote-oxyg\u00e8ne tombent rapidement \u00e0 des niveaux inf\u00e9rieurs apr\u00e8s avoir connu des concentrations plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es pendant une courte p\u00e9riode ; tandis que dans le syst\u00e8me combin\u00e9 avec un absorbeur UV au benzotriazole, les radicaux azote-oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du film peuvent \u00eatre maintenus \u00e0 des concentrations plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es pendant une p\u00e9riode de temps plus longue.<\/p>\n<p>L'absorbeur UV seul, l'effet de photostabilisation du vernis n'est souvent pas id\u00e9al, car il est bas\u00e9 sur les caract\u00e9ristiques de l'absorption de la lumi\u00e8re pour jouer l'efficacit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9cision.
