Les photo-initiateurs de type clivage couramment utilis\u00e9s sont principalement des arylalkylc\u00e9tones du point de vue structurel, les qualit\u00e9s courantes \u00e9tant 184, 2959, 651, 907, 369, 1173, 819, TPO, MBF, 754, etc. Les photo-initiateurs capturant l'hydrog\u00e8ne couramment utilis\u00e9s sont principalement des benzoph\u00e9nones ou des c\u00e9tones aromatiques h\u00e9t\u00e9rocycliques du point de vue de la structure, avec des qualit\u00e9s courantes telles que BP, ITX et 2-EA. Les co-initiateurs courants sont principalement des amines r\u00e9actives et des benzoates d'amines tertiaires. Cet article combine les performances des photo-initiateurs et les cas d'utilisation pour expliquer bri\u00e8vement la s\u00e9lection des photo-initiateurs dans la formulation des rev\u00eatements photopolym\u00e9risables (UV).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Premi\u00e8re<\/strong>le spectre d'absorption du photo-initiateur et le principe de correspondance entre le spectre d'\u00e9mission de la source lumineuse.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les sources lumineuses disponibles dans le commerce sont les lampes \u00e0 mercure, les lampes LED, les lampes \u00e0 induction et les lampes \u00e0 halog\u00e9nures m\u00e9talliques. Dans les formules de vernis \u00e0 ongles, les lampes \u00e0 ongles les plus courantes sont les lampes fluorescentes et les lampes LED. Les lampes fluorescentes ont un spectre d'\u00e9mission de 370-420nm et les lampes LED ont un spectre d'\u00e9mission d'environ 365nm\/395nm. Les deux spectres d'\u00e9mission des lampes appartiennent \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion des grandes longueurs d'onde et n\u00e9cessitent la s\u00e9lection d'initiateurs qui absorbent la lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 des longueurs d'onde plus importantes. Le tableau 1 pr\u00e9sente les pics d'absorption de divers photo-initiateurs courants. Pour obtenir l'effet d'amor\u00e7age souhait\u00e9, il convient de choisir un photo-initiateur dont le pic d'absorption est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 365 nm, tel que le TPO, le 819, etc. Dans le test r\u00e9el, tous les photo-initiateurs TPO et 819 ont un bon effet de durcissement, et l'effet pr\u00e9vu est coh\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deuxi\u00e8me<\/strong>S\u00e9lection de photo-initiateurs pour les syst\u00e8mes color\u00e9s \u00e0 durcissement profond.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans le syst\u00e8me color\u00e9, en particulier le syst\u00e8me sombre, le pigment lui-m\u00eame absorbe une partie de l'\u00e9nergie UV, ce qui emp\u00eache la lumi\u00e8re UV de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans le film de peinture, la couche profonde du photo-initiateur ne peut pas absorber suffisamment d'\u00e9nergie pour d\u00e9clencher la polym\u00e9risation et, en fin de compte, le durcissement en profondeur est m\u00e9diocre. Plus le film est l\u00e9ger, plus l'adh\u00e9rence est faible, plus les plis de la surface sont importants, ce qui affecte les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques du film de peinture. Dans le processus de photopolym\u00e9risation, plus la longueur d'onde de la lumi\u00e8re ultraviolette est grande, plus sa p\u00e9n\u00e9tration est forte et plus il est facile d'atteindre les couches profondes du film, tandis que les ondes courtes n'atteignent pas facilement les couches profondes du film. Il est donc difficile d'initier une polym\u00e9risation ou un durcissement incomplet dans les couches profondes du film de peinture s'il n'y a pas de photo-initiateur \u00e0 ondes longues pour absorber l'\u00e9nergie des ondes longues. Dans les syst\u00e8mes color\u00e9s, le choix d'un photo-initiateur profond est donc essentiel. En se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant au tableau 1 ci-dessus, les photo-initiateurs \u00e0 ondes longues tels que TPO\/819\/651 peuvent \u00eatre choisis pour mieux fonctionner avec les photo-initiateurs \u00e0 ondes courtes tels que 184\/1173.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Comme dans la peinture couleur monocouche UV, le syst\u00e8me noir est sujet \u00e0 une mauvaise adh\u00e9rence et au ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de d\u00e9collement de la peinture de la grille 100. Apr\u00e8s avoir ajout\u00e9 1,5% de 819 \u00e0 la formulation, l'adh\u00e9rence du film de peinture a augment\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative, ce qui indique que le 819 joue un r\u00f4le de facilitateur pour le durcissement en profondeur. En outre, dans le syst\u00e8me noir\/blanc, 907\/compos\u00e9 ITX+184 et 369\/compos\u00e9 ITX+184, l'effet est remarquable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Troisi\u00e8mement<\/strong>Il existe des exigences en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9lection du photo-initiateur pour le syst\u00e8me de durcissement \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re jaunissante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans le syst\u00e8me de vernis et de blanc, la r\u00e9sistance au jaunissement est un indicateur important de la performance du film de peinture. Outre la s\u00e9lection d'une bonne r\u00e9sistance au jaunissement de la r\u00e9sine, du monom\u00e8re et des photo-initiateurs, il convient \u00e9galement de pr\u00eater attention aux probl\u00e8mes de jaunissement. Comme on peut le voir dans le tableau, 184, 1173, 754, MBF sont des photo-initiateurs moins jaunissants, pour le choix principal de formulations de vernis et de syst\u00e8mes blancs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quatri\u00e8me<\/strong>la performance de solubilit\u00e9 dans le diluant actif et l'oligom\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s2.d2scdn.com\/u\/canghong\/2021\/10\/29\/Foavya1N01Bu8X7bUyNL3Nyc9Har.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Une bonne solubilit\u00e9 est une condition pr\u00e9alable importante pour la s\u00e9lection des photo-initiateurs dans la formulation, plus la compatibilit\u00e9 est bonne, plus le syst\u00e8me de formulation est stable. La figure de gauche montre la solubilit\u00e9 de certains photo-initiateurs dans des solvants et des monom\u00e8res courants.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cinqui\u00e8me<\/strong>le choix du photo-initiateur UV-LED.<\/p>\n<p>La source de lumi\u00e8re UV-LED est un \u00e9quipement de durcissement en plein essor ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, en raison de son \u00e9conomie d'\u00e9nergie, de son respect de l'environnement et du fait qu'elle n'endommage pas le substrat, elle est tr\u00e8s populaire, de sorte que le choix des photo-initiateurs pour le durcissement par UV-LED fait \u00e9galement l'objet d'une attention croissante.
