Les acheteurs comparent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un m\u00e9lange plut\u00f4t qu'un produit isol\u00e9.<\/p>\n<!-- lc-qa-end -->\n\n\n\n<p>Les photo-initiateurs sont un composant tr\u00e8s important des formulations photodurcissables et sont une source de radicaux libres. Toutefois, l'utilisation excessive de photo-initiateurs entra\u00eene de nombreux probl\u00e8mes, tels que l'augmentation des substances migratoires, la r\u00e9duction de la r\u00e9sistance aux intemp\u00e9ries, l'\u00e9paisseur insuffisante du film de rev\u00eatement durci et l'augmentation des co\u00fbts.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Des exp\u00e9riences ont montr\u00e9 que l'utilisation de photo-initiateurs composites dans les formulations de photopolym\u00e9risation permet de surmonter efficacement les probl\u00e8mes susmentionn\u00e9s, ce qui pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages. Il est particuli\u00e8rement important d'obtenir de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats de durcissement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Quatre photo-initiateurs courants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s dans les exp\u00e9riences : 184, 1173, TPO et 819. Un autre photo-initiateur hydroxyc\u00e9tone, le HMPP (Darocur 1173), pr\u00e9sente une absorption similaire dans la plage 320-335 nm avec un pic \u00e0 265-280 nm. En combinant ces deux photo-initiateurs, il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 possible de commencer \u00e0 mieux utiliser la puissance de la lampe UV (figure 2).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Les spectres du TPO et du BAPO (photo-initiateur 819) sont sensiblement diff\u00e9rents des deux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, le photo-initiateur TPO a une forte absorption dans la plage de 360-395 nm, et le BAPO a une plus forte absorption dans la plage de 360-410 nm. L'ajout de ces deux derniers photo-initiateurs permet de mieux utiliser les deux autres bandes de longueur d'onde principales de la lampe \u00e0 mercure, \u00e0 savoir 370 et 408 nm.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dans la premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience, la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 (rapport de poids) de 184 et de photo-initiateur composite a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 des fins de comparaison. Sous irradiation de lumi\u00e8re UV avec la m\u00eame \u00e9nergie de 4,5mJ\/cm2, le taux de conversion de la double liaison de la formule utilisant 184 est de 24,8%, tandis que celui de la formule du photo-initiateur composite atteint 79,6%.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4984\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Comparison-of-4-HCPK-lcnacure\u00ae-184-and-composite-photoinitiator-1030x510.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\r\n<figcaption>Comparaison de 4% HCPK (photo-initiateur 184) et du photo-initiateur composite<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me exp\u00e9rience consiste \u00e0 utiliser 6% de 184 et un photo-initiateur composite sous une \u00e9nergie d'irradiation de 4,5mJ\/cm2, le taux de conversion de la double liaison du premier est de 18,9%, et celui du second atteint 67,2%.
