Il est recommand\u00e9 de le stocker dans un endroit sec et \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature et de l'utiliser sous une hotte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9ther \u00e9thylvinylique est principalement utilis\u00e9 comme groupe protecteur du groupe hydroxyle, comme r\u00e9actif de transfert de vinyle et participe \u00e0 la r\u00e9action d'addition par cyclisation dans la synth\u00e8se organique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les nombreux groupes protecteurs des groupes hydroxy, l'\u03b1-\u00e9thoxy-\u00e9ther \u00e9thylique (EE) form\u00e9 par l'\u00e9thyl-\u00e9ther vinylique et l'hydroxy est l'un des groupes protecteurs les plus couramment utilis\u00e9s et les plus pratiques. La r\u00e9action n\u00e9cessite g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un catalyseur acide fort, le TFA et le TsOH peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 cette fin, le plus couramment utilis\u00e9 \u00e9tant le PPTS. La r\u00e9action est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par une agitation de plusieurs heures \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Dans la plupart des cas, le rendement du produit est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 95% (formule 1) [1,2]. Le groupe protecteur EE peut facilement compl\u00e9ter la r\u00e9action de d\u00e9protection dans des conditions acides. PPTS-EtOH et HCl-MeOH aq. sont les m\u00e9thodes recommand\u00e9es (\u00e9quation 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.biochemsafebuy.com\/static\/kindeditor-4.1.10\/attached\/image\/20191127\/20191127095147_88752.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sous l'action du catalyseur d\u00e9riv\u00e9 de l'ac\u00e9tate mercurique, l'\u00e9ther \u00e9thylvinylique et l'hydroxyle subissent une r\u00e9action de transfert de vinyle pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer le produit d'\u00e9ther vinylique correspondant (formule 3) [5]. L'utilisation d'un catalyseur \u00e0 base de palladium m\u00e9tallique permet d'\u00e9viter l'utilisation d'un catalyseur \u00e0 base de mercure m\u00e9tallique (\u00e9quation 4) [6]. Cette r\u00e9action est plus significative car le produit peut subir d'autres r\u00e9actions de condensation ou de m\u00e9tath\u00e8se des ol\u00e9fines [7,8].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.biochemsafebuy.com\/static\/kindeditor-4.1.10\/attached\/image\/20191127\/20191127095200_82254.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9ther \u00e9thylvinylique et l'hydroxyle allylique subissent une r\u00e9action de transfert de vinyle pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer le produit \u00e9ther vinylique correspondant. La r\u00e9action est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement achev\u00e9e sous la catalyse de l'ac\u00e9tate de mercure. Le chauffage du produit dans le tolu\u00e8ne ou le xyl\u00e8ne peut induire le r\u00e9arrangement de Claisen correspondant, ce qui conf\u00e8re \u00e0 la r\u00e9action une valeur synth\u00e9tique importante.
