La m\u00e9thode de synth\u00e8se chimique de l'allanto\u00efne est apparue dans les pays \u00e9trangers dans les ann\u00e9es 1940. Mais ce n'est qu'\u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 70 et au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 80 que le Japon et l'Allemagne de l'Ouest l'ont mise en production industrielle. Le d\u00e9veloppement de la synth\u00e8se de l'allanto\u00efne dans le pays a commenc\u00e9 relativement tard, et la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1970. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, seules quelques entreprises nationales sont parvenues \u00e0 une production pilote ou de masse. En raison de la raret\u00e9 des fabricants, le march\u00e9 est extr\u00eamement \u00e9troit. En raison des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques particuli\u00e8res de l'allanto\u00efne, les d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de l'allanto\u00efne sont tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s et largement utilis\u00e9s. Jusqu'\u00e0 aujourd'hui, l'allanto\u00efne et ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9s continuent \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/fr\/product\/allantoin-cas-97-59-6\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Allanto\u00efne<\/span><\/a><\/strong>Le nom chimique est 1-urea-m-diazocene - [2,4] ; Acetaldehyde Tetraaza cyclopentadiene ; (2,5-dioxocene-4-m-diazopentyl) urea ; 5-urea hydantoin etc. Il s'agit d'un compos\u00e9 h\u00e9t\u00e9rocyclique imidazole, dont la formule mol\u00e9culaire est C<sub>4<\/sub>H<sub>6<\/sub>N<sub>4<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>Le poids mol\u00e9culaire de l'allanto\u00efne est de 158,12 g\/mol. L'allanto\u00efne est un cristal ou une poudre cristalline dont la couleur varie entre l'incolore et le blanc, et qui est inodore et sans saveur. Le point de fusion de l'allanto\u00efne se situe entre 220 et 238 \u2103. L'allanto\u00efne est insoluble dans l'eau, l'alcool, l'\u00e9ther et le chloroforme, soluble dans l'eau chaude, l'\u00e9thanol dilu\u00e9 et les propan-triols. La solution aqueuse satur\u00e9e (0,6%) est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acide, pH = 6. L'existence de OH<sup>&#8211;<\/sup>&nbsp;peut amener certaines personnes \u00e0 penser que l'allanto\u00efne est un compos\u00e9 acide binaire. Cependant, d'une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, l'hydrog\u00e8ne en C(4) a une tr\u00e8s faible activit\u00e9 et une faible constante de dissociation. L'acide en position de carbone (2) est plus fort et sa constante de dissociation est de 1,17 \u00d7 10<sup>-9<\/sup>. Par cons\u00e9quent, une seule s\u00e9rie de sels, sels acides ou sels basiques, peut \u00eatre form\u00e9e. L'allanto\u00efne est donc un compos\u00e9 amphot\u00e8re acide-base monobasique. Les formes alcool et c\u00e9tone peuvent exister. La convergence de l'ion aluminium et les caract\u00e9ristiques id\u00e9ales de l'allanto\u00efne sont en effet parfaitement combin\u00e9es. La pr\u00e9sence d'allanto\u00efne am\u00e9liore l'effet du sel d'aluminium et \u00e9limine l'irritation de certains patients allergiques au sel d'aluminium. Des exp\u00e9riences sur les animaux ont \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 que l'allanto\u00efne et le sel d'aluminium ne provoquaient ni irritation ni allergie. Les formes les plus courantes sont les suivantes :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Dihydroxy allanto\u00efne d'aluminium<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La formule mol\u00e9culaire de l'allanto\u00efne dihydroxy d'aluminium est Al(OH)<sub>2<\/sub>C<sub>4<\/sub>H<sub>5<\/sub>N<sub>4<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>. Il s'agit d'une poudre blanche, insoluble dans l'eau et dans d'autres solvants, tels que l'\u00e9thanol, l'\u00e9ther et le chloroforme. La composition de l'Alluminum dihydroxy allantoinate est la suivante : oxyde d'aluminium (22,0 \u00b1 5)%, allanto\u00efne (55,0 \u00b1 5)%, pH (suspension de 4%) de 6 \u00e0 5,8.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Chlo rhydroxy allantoinate d'aluminium proryl\u00e8ne glycol<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La formule mol\u00e9culaire de l'allanto\u00efne dihydroxy d'aluminium est [Al<sub>2<\/sub>(OH)<sub>4<\/sub>ClC<sub>4<\/sub>H<sub>5<\/sub>N<sub>4<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>]C<sub>3<\/sub>H<sub>8<\/sub>O<sub>2<\/sub>. Il s'agit d'une poudre blanche, \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat mol\u00e9culaire ou sous forme modifi\u00e9e, utilis\u00e9e comme d\u00e9odorant, agent mouillant et astringent pour la peau.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Chlorhy dro xy allantoinate d'aluminium<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La formule de l'allanto\u00efne chlorhydrique d'aluminium est Al<sub>2<\/sub>(OH)<sub>4<\/sub>ClC<sub>4<\/sub>H<sub>5<\/sub>N<sub>4<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>. L'allantoinate de chlorhy dro xy d'aluminium est une poudre blanche pure, soluble dans l'eau, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement soluble dans l'\u00e9thanol, insoluble dans l'\u00e9ther et l'imitation de chlore. Le nom commercial international de l'allantoinate de chlorhy dro xy d'aluminium est \"alcloxa\" : Oxyde d'aluminium (28,0 \u00b1 3)%, allanto\u00efne (40,0 \u00b1 3)%, chlore (9,5 \u00b1 1,5)%, azote (14,2 \u00b1 1,5)%.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parall\u00e8lement, la composition de l'allanto\u00efne chloroaluminique modifi\u00e9e est la suivante : Oxyde d'aluminium (45,61 \u00b1 2,0)%, allanto\u00efne (1,25 \u00b1 0,3)%, chlore (15,60 \u00b1 1,5). Le pH de la solution 10% d'allanto\u00efne chlorhydrique d'aluminium est d'environ 4,3.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D'apr\u00e8s la litt\u00e9rature, les principales m\u00e9thodes de synth\u00e8se de l'allanto\u00efne sont les suivantes :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. R\u00e9action de l'acide urique avec le permanganate de potassium<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L'acide urique et le permanganate de potassium sont oxyd\u00e9s en milieu alcalin et les produits sont d\u00e9carboxyl\u00e9s avec de l'acide ac\u00e9tique. Les oxydants peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre le dioxyde de plomb, le ferricyanure de potassium, l'oxyg\u00e8ne, l'ozone, le dioxyde de mangan\u00e8se, le peroxyde d'hydrog\u00e8ne, etc. Le processus de r\u00e9action est le suivant :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tout d'abord, la r\u00e9action d'oxydation. Oxydation \u00e9lectrolytique de l'acide oxalique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il s'agit d'un nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 mis au point ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, et cette ligne de production a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place en Chine. Les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res sont faciles \u00e0 obtenir, mais la consommation d'\u00e9nergie est importante.
