UV-329 Application scenarios
1. General-purpose and Engineering Plastics:
Used in PE, PP, PVC, PS, PC, ABS, EVA, unsaturated polyester, epoxy resins, etc., to improve the weather resistance of products in outdoor or strong light environments, especially suitable for transparent products and engineering plastics processed at high temperatures, preventing discoloration, embrittlement, and degradation of mechanical properties.
2. Food Contact Packaging Materials:
Used in plastic containers, food packaging boxes, etc., providing light stabilization effects for packaging while complying with relevant safety standards, extending the service life of packaging and protecting the contents.
3. Synthetic Fibers and Textiles:
Added to synthetic fibers such as polypropylene and polyester to improve the UV resistance of textiles, preventing fiber aging due to sun exposure and extending the service life of clothing, sunshades, outdoor tents, and other textile products.
4. Coatings and Inks:
Used in automotive coatings, building exterior wall coatings, outdoor billboard coatings, and various inks to enhance the weather resistance of coatings, preventing fading, chalking, and cracking, and maintaining appearance and protective performance.
5. Adhesives:
Applied to various adhesives to improve their stability in outdoor environments, preventing problems such as reduced bonding strength and aging failure due to UV irradiation.
6. Optical and Electronic Materials:
Used in UV-sensitive fields such as resin lenses, optical films, and electronic component packaging materials, protecting material performance stability and extending service life.
7. Other Polymer Materials:
Used in resin fibers, cellulose resins, etc., as a light stabilizer to protect materials from UV radiation damage, maintaining their physical integrity and appearance.
