1. Polyurethane (PU) Crosslinking/Curing Catalysts:
Efficiently catalyze the urethane reaction between isocyanates and polyols, improving crosslinking density and curing rate; Typical systems: Two-component PU coatings/adhesives/sealants, elastomers, soft/rigid foams, molded foams, one-component moisture-curing PU; Key points: Dosage is usually 0.05%-0.15% (based on polyol), temperature control and stirring are required to prevent scorching or bubbling, and if necessary, it can be compounded with amines to control the gelation/foaming balance.

Catalyze silanol condensation, accelerating the curing and surface drying of de-alcohol/de-oxime/de-acetic acid type RTV; Typical products: Silicone sealants for construction/automotive/electronics, potting compounds, molding compounds, coatings; Key points: Often compounded with other organotin or retarders to reduce odor and control curing rate, suitable for room temperature application and quick turnaround of parts.
3. PVC Heat Stabilizers (focusing on flexible and semi-rigid materials):
Inhibit HCl degradation, improve high-temperature processing stability and initial coloration, while also providing lubrication and transparency; Typical products: Flexible PVC films, heat shrink films, transparent hoses, artificial leather, cable materials, transparent door curtains; Often used as auxiliary stabilizers/lubricants in rigid PVC, compounded with main stabilizers to optimize processing window and flowability.
4. Silane Crosslinked Polyolefin (XLPO/XLPE) Catalysts:
Catalyze silane grafting and hydrolysis condensation, improving the high-temperature resistance, crack resistance, and mechanical properties of pipes and cable sheaths; Typical applications: Underfloor heating pipes, crosslinked polyethylene pipes for water supply, cable insulation/sheathing; Key points: Low dosage, high efficiency, suitable for extrusion and irradiation/hot water crosslinking processes.
5. Transesterification/Esterification/Condensation Reaction Catalysts (Organic Synthesis and Polymer Raw Materials):
Used in transesterification, esterification, silane polycondensation, and synthesis of polyester/polycarbonate raw materials; typical applications: synthetic lubricants, plasticizers, antioxidants, pharmaceutical/pesticide intermediates; key features: high activity, fast reaction rate, suitable for continuous and batch processes.
6. Coating/Ink/Adhesive Modification and Curing Promotion:
Accelerates crosslinking and curing, improves adhesion, hardness, chemical resistance, and weather resistance; typical systems: industrial anticorrosive paints, wood coatings, metal substrate coatings, UV curing aids; key points: conduct small-scale tests first to verify compatibility and yellowing risk, control dosage to prevent excessive crosslinking.
