Das Nukleierungsmittel P-23 ist ein zusammengesetztes Nukleierungsmittel, das die Kristallisation von Polymeren beschleunigt. Es ist f\u00fcr Polyester (PET, PBT) und auch f\u00fcr Nylon (PA6, PA66, PA11, PA12, Copolymer PA) geeignet. Wenn P-23 der Polymerschmelze zugesetzt wird, wird es leicht in sehr feine Partikel dispergiert, die dann eine sehr wirksame Keimbildungsfunktion erf\u00fcllen und eine feine Kristallstruktur bilden.<\/p>\n

Diese verbesserten Eigenschaften treten nicht nur bei unverst\u00e4rkten Materialien auf, sondern sind auch bei verst\u00e4rkten Materialien wirksam und eignen sich besonders f\u00fcr glasfaserverst\u00e4rkte Materialien. Der Grund f\u00fcr diese Effekte liegt in der F\u00e4higkeit, eine detailliertere und einheitlichere Kristallstruktur in der Nylonmatrix zu bilden als bei Glasfasern.<\/p>\n

Verwendung:<\/p>\n

Die optimale Zugabe des Nukleierungsmittels P-23 liegt bei etwa 0,2-0,5%, abh\u00e4ngig von der Art des Polymers und den Eigenschaften, die das Endprodukt erreichen soll. Es kann direkt zugegeben oder als Masterbatch verwendet werden.<\/p>\n
