CHLUMIFLEX\u00ae BDP Anwendung:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. BDP, ein oligomeres Phosphatester-Flammschutzmittel, ist f\u00fcr den Einsatz in technischen Harzen wie Polyphenylenoxid-Legierungen und PC\/ABS vorgesehen. Aufgrund seiner geringen Fl\u00fcchtigkeit und hohen Hitzestabilit\u00e4t kann dieses Phosphor-Flammschutzmittel hohe Verarbeitungstemperaturen vertragen, die f\u00fcr viele technische Harze erforderlich sind.<\/p>\n

2. Verarbeitungseigenschaften in einer Reihe von Thermoplasten, einschlie\u00dflich ABS und HIPS, die sich positiv auf das Flie\u00dfverhalten bei d\u00fcnnwandigen Formteilen und anderen Hochleistungsanwendungen auswirken.<\/p>\n

3. BDP wird in einer Menge von 8 bis 15 phr verwendet, um eine Vielzahl von Harzen flammhemmend zu machen. 1 bis 3 phr BDP werden Thermoplasten zur Verbesserung des Schmelzflusses zugesetzt, wenn sie als Verarbeitungshilfe verwendet werden.<\/p>\n

4. Lcflare\u00ae BDP ist ein halogenfreies Organophosphor-Flammschutzmittel. Es hat die Vorteile eines gro\u00dfen relativen Molekulargewichts, hoher thermischer Stabilit\u00e4t und geringer Fl\u00fcchtigkeit. Es eignet sich f\u00fcr flammhemmende ABS, EP, HIPS, SBS, PC, PPO und andere Klebstoffe.<\/p>\n

5. BDP ist ein halogenfreies Flammschutzmittel, das zur Gruppe der oligomeren Phosphatester geh\u00f6rt. Es basiert auf Bisphenol A und Bisphosphonaten als Monomere<\/p>\n

BDP eignet sich besonders f\u00fcr technische Harzlegierungen, einschlie\u00dflich PC\/ABS und PPO-PPE\/HIPS f\u00fcr elektrisches und elektronisches Zubeh\u00f6r. Gem\u00e4\u00df den Brandschutznormen wird BDP normalerweise in einer Menge von etwa 8 bis 18 phr verwendet. Im Gegensatz dazu ben\u00f6tigt BDP keinen Synergisten (in der Regel Antimonoxid), so dass es eine gute Zyklusf\u00e4higkeit aufweist. Dar\u00fcber hinaus weist es eine geringe Fl\u00fcchtigkeit und eine gute thermische Stabilit\u00e4t bei der Herstellung der meisten technischen thermoplastischen Harze auf. Aufgrund der offensichtlichen Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit von BDP k\u00f6nnen d\u00fcnnwandige Formen hergestellt werden. Schlie\u00dflich ist seine Hydrolysebest\u00e4ndigkeit im Vergleich zu anderen Flammschutzmitteln \u00fcberlegen.<\/p>\n
