Was ist Sojabohnenextrakt?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Es wurde aus den Keimen der Sojabohne (Glycine max.), einer einj\u00e4hrigen Pflanze der Gattung Leguminosae, extrahiert und ist ein dunkelgraues bis wei\u00dfes Pulver mit einem besonderen Geruch und einem leichten Geschmack. Soja-Isoflavone sind eine Art von Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten, die beim Wachstum der Sojabohne gebildet werden. Sie kommen haupts\u00e4chlich in den Keimbl\u00e4ttern und Hypokotylen der Sojabohnensamen vor. Zu den Soja-Isoflavonen geh\u00f6ren Genistein, Daidzein und Daidzein. Nat\u00fcrliche Soja-Isoflavone bestehen haupts\u00e4chlich aus \u03b2-Soja-Isoflavonen. In Form von Glucosiden k\u00f6nnen Soja-Isoflavone unter der Einwirkung verschiedener Isoflavon-Glucosidasen zu freien Isoflavonen hydrolysiert werden.
