Bromkresolgr\u00fcn Verwendung<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Bromkresolgr\u00fcn (BCG) ist eine wichtige F\u00e4rbemethode, die in der Analytik eine breite Palette von Anwendungen findet.<\/h4>\n

1. Verfahren zum Testen des Gehalts an freien Aminen in NMP, einschlie\u00dflich der Schritte: Herstellen von Bromkresolgr\u00fcn-Methylrot-Indikator; Nehmen einer bestimmten Menge NMP-Probe in einem Beh\u00e4lter, Hinzuf\u00fcgen von Isopropanol und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiges Sch\u00fctteln zum Mischen; Hinzuf\u00fcgen des Bromkresolgr\u00fcn-Methylrot-Indikators und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiges Mischen, Titrieren mit einer Salzs\u00e4ure-Standardl\u00f6sung, Titration von gr\u00fcn nach gelblich; gem\u00e4\u00df der Formel:% freies Amin=c*V Standard*K\/\u03c1*V, Berechnung des% freien Amins in der NMP-Probe. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung wird ein Bromkresolgr\u00fcn-Methylrot-Indikator hergestellt und eine S\u00e4ure-Base-Titration zur Bestimmung des Amingehalts in NMP angewandt. Entsprechend den Parametern der S\u00e4ure-Base-Titration wird der Gehalt an freiem Amin als Massenprozentsatz ausgedr\u00fcckt: % freies Amin = c*V Standard*K\/\u03c1*V, Bewertung der Leistung von NMP anhand der Testergebnisse. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist die Testmethode einfach, bequem, schnell und kosteng\u00fcnstig und kann in Produktion und Forschung weit verbreitet sein.<\/h4>\n

2. Ein Mischindikator-Testpapier zur Messung der Ammoniakkonzentration in der Luft sowie dessen Herstellung und Nachweismethode geh\u00f6ren in den technischen Bereich der Umwelt\u00fcberwachung und Betriebshygiene. Das Testpapier ist ein Testpapier, das mit Bromkresolgr\u00fcn, Methylrot, S\u00e4ure und nichtionischem Tensid auf dem Basispapier beladen ist; entsprechend dem Massenverh\u00e4ltnis Bromkresolgr\u00fcn: Methylrot: S\u00e4ure: nichtionisches Tensid = (1,0 \uff5e2,0): (0,188\uff5e0,75): (0,75\uff5e2,0): (2,5\uff5e7)\u00d710-3. Die Zubereitungsmethode ist wie folgt: Zubereitung einer Tr\u00e4nkfl\u00fcssigkeit entsprechend dem Reagenzienverh\u00e4ltnis, Tr\u00e4nken des Rohpapiers, Trocknen und plastisches Versiegeln. Die Nachweismethode ist wie folgt: Das Ammoniak in der Luft im Nachweisbereich reagiert mit dem gemischten Reagenz des Testpapiers, wobei es sich von weinrot nach gr\u00fcn verf\u00e4rbt, und die Ammoniakkonzentration in der Luft im Nachweisbereich wird entsprechend der Beziehung zwischen der L\u00e4nge des Farbwechselbandes des Testpapiers und der Ammoniakkonzentration ermittelt. Das Testpapier zeichnet sich durch eine empfindliche Reaktion, hohe Pr\u00e4zision, niedrige Produktionskosten, bequeme Anwendung usw. aus und bietet praktische und erhebliche wirtschaftliche Vorteile.
\n3. Mit diesem Produkt kann der Grad der Deacetylierung von Chitooligosacchariden mit der S\u00e4ure-Base-Indikatormethode bestimmt werden.<\/h4>\n
