PC-8 ist ein terti\u00e4res Amin, das haupts\u00e4chlich zur F\u00f6rderung der Urethanreaktion (Polyol-Isocyanat) in einer Vielzahl von Hartschaumanwendungen eingesetzt wird.<\/p>\n

N,N-Dimethylcyclohexylamin Verwendung<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. PC-8 wird f\u00fcr die Bewertung einer breiten Palette von Hartschaumstoffen empfohlen. Eine Hauptanwendung sind Isoliersch\u00e4ume, einschlie\u00dflich Spr\u00fch-, Blockschaum-, Plattenlaminat- und K\u00e4ltetechnik-Formulierungen. NT CAT PC-8 wird auch bei der Herstellung von M\u00f6belrahmen und dekorativen Teilen aus Hartschaum verwendet. Es kann mit dem Polyol gemischt oder als separater Strom dosiert werden.<\/p>\n

2. DMCHA kann in einer breiten Palette von Hartschaumstoffen verwendet werden. Eine der Hauptanwendungen ist Isolierschaum, einschlie\u00dflich Formulierungen f\u00fcr Sprays, Platten, Laminate und K\u00fchlr\u00e4ume. N,N-Dimethylcyclohexylamin eignet sich auch f\u00fcr die Herstellung von M\u00f6belrahmen und Dekorationsteilen aus Hartschaum. Der in Hartschaumprodukten verwendete Katalysator kann als Hauptkatalysator allein ohne Zusatz von Zinnorganismen verwendet werden, er kann aber auch je nach Prozess- und Produktanforderungen durch Katalysatoren der JD-Serie erg\u00e4nzt werden. Dieses Produkt wird auch als Zwischenprodukt f\u00fcr Gummibeschleuniger und synthetische Fasern verwendet.<\/p>\n
