Beim Buchdruck wird der grafische Teil auf die Oberfl\u00e4che der Druckplatte gehoben, und die Farbe wird nur auf den grafischen Teil aufgetragen und dann direkt auf den Bedruckstoff \u00fcbertragen. Es gibt zwei Arten von Buchdruckmaschinen, den Plattformdruck und den Rotationsdruck. Beim Plattformtyp ist die Druckplatte eine flache Oberfl\u00e4che und die Presseurwalze ein Zylinder, w\u00e4hrend beim Rotationstyp sowohl die Druckplatte als auch die Presseurwalze eine Zylinderstruktur aufweisen.<\/p>\n<p>3.6.1 Plattenherstellung f\u00fcr den Buchdruck<br \/>\nBei den f\u00fcr den Buchdruck verwendeten Platten handelt es sich heute um photopolymerisierte Harzbuchdruckplatten, die aus photopolymerisiertem Harz durch UV-Belichtung und Entwicklung hergestellt werden. Es gibt zwei Arten von Hochdruckplatten aus photopolymerisiertem Harz: Hochdruckplatten aus fl\u00fcssigem photopolymerisiertem Harz und Hochdruckplatten aus festem photopolymerisiertem Harz.<\/p>\n<p>(1) Herstellung von Platten aus festem photopolymerisiertem Harz (Toppan)<br \/>\nBei der Photopolymer-Buchdruckplatte wird ein festes Polymermaterial zur Vorproduktion der Photopolymerplatte verwendet, deren Struktur in Abbildung 3-18 dargestellt ist.<\/p>\n<p>Abbildung 3-18 Aufbau von festen Photopolymer-Toppan-Platten<\/p>\n<p>Die feste Harzplatte besteht aus einem ges\u00e4ttigten Polymer, einem Vernetzungsmittel und einem Photoinitiator. Bei den ges\u00e4ttigten Polymeren handelt es sich um Polyvinylalkoholderivate, Cellulosederivate und Polyamide; das Vernetzungsmittel sind Divinylverbindungen; die Photoinitiatoren sind haupts\u00e4chlich Benzoinether oder Anthrachinone. Nachdem die oben genannten Komponenten gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig gemischt wurden, werden sie auf eine Polyesterfolie oder eine Aluminiumunterlage mit einer Lichthofschutzschicht aufgetragen und nach dem Trocknen zu einer festen lichtempfindlichen Harzbuchdruckplatte verarbeitet. Es gibt auch eine feste Harzplattenkomponente, die gemischt und durch Strangpressen hergestellt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Verfahren zur Herstellung von Buchdruckplatten aus festem Photopolymerharz:<\/p>\n<p>Abdecken des Negativs \u2192 UV-Belichtung \u2192 Entwicklung \u2192 Trocknung \u2192 Nachbelichtung \u2192 Druckplatte.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem die Polyethylen-Schutzfolie von der festen Harzplatte entfernt wurde, werden das Negativ und die photopolymerisierte Harzschicht vakuumlaminiert, UV-belichtet, der lichtdurchl\u00e4ssige Teil vernetzt und geh\u00e4rtet, um den grafischen Teil zu bilden, und der lichtdurchl\u00e4ssige Teil wird im Entwicklungsprozess entfernt.
