Das Koronaspritzen ist in China weit verbreitet und stellt keine hohen Anforderungen an die Pulverbeschichtung. Der Faraday-Effekt verursacht jedoch tote Punkte auf komplexen Werkst\u00fccken, was das Spr\u00fchen erschwert, d. h. es ist schwierig, einige Ecken zu pulverisieren. Die Korona-Spritzpistole wurde mehrfach verbessert, aber der Faraday-Effekt kann nur verringert werden. Vermeiden l\u00e4sst er sich nicht. B. unsere Modelle SJ4EDT, SJ4ETDT, SJ4866DT, SJ4C und andere, die alle sehr gute triboelektrische Aufladungseffekte aufweisen und bei Kunden im In- und Ausland ideale Ergebnisse in der praktischen Anwendung erzielt haben.<\/p>\n<p><b>2 Prinzip, Vorteile und Nachteile des Spr\u00fchens mit einer Dreifach-Kanone<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Die Tribo-Pistole funktioniert durch triboelektrische Aufladung, d. h. die Pulverpartikel sto\u00dfen zusammen, reiben sich, kommen in Kontakt und l\u00f6sen sich von dem speziellen Polymermaterial (Polytetrafluorethylen oder Nylon) an der Innenwand des Laufs, wodurch eine elektrische Ladung erzeugt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vorteile des Tribo-Gun-Spritzverfahrens sind<\/p>\n<p>- Hohe Erstauftragsrate des Pulvers, die die Spr\u00fcheffizienz verbessert und die Pulverr\u00fcckgewinnung reduziert.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcberwindet den Faraday-Effekt, was sich besonders beim Spr\u00fchen komplexer Werkst\u00fccke auszahlt.<\/p>\n<p>Im Vergleich zu Korona-Pistolen wird das Pulver gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger auf dem Werkst\u00fcck verteilt, und die Oberfl\u00e4che des Beschichtungsfilms ist glatter und flacher.<\/p>\n<p>Sie kann vollst\u00e4ndig und praktisch automatisiert werden, was die Arbeitskosten senkt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Nachteile des triboelektrischen Spr\u00fchens sind vor allem die folgenden:<\/p>\n<p>Triboelektrische Pistolen sind teuer und haben hohe Wartungskosten.<\/p>\n<p>Das triboelektrische Spritzen stellt hohe Anforderungen an Umwelt und Verfahren.<\/p>\n<p>- Das Tribo-Pistolen-Spritzen stellt hohe Qualit\u00e4tsanforderungen an die Pulverbeschichtung und muss gute Tribo-Aufladungseigenschaften aufweisen.<\/p>\n<p>Angesichts der vielen Vorteile des Tribo-Spritzens ist es bei in- und ausl\u00e4ndischen Pulverlackherstellern sehr beliebt, und die Pulverlackhersteller haben entsprechende technische Anforderungen an die Tribo-Aufladungseigenschaften von Pulverlacken gestellt. In diesem Beitrag werden die Faktoren, die die Tribo-Aufladung von Pulverbeschichtungen beeinflussen, experimentell nachgewiesen.<\/p>\n<p><b>3 Pr\u00fcfteil<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Es gibt Unterschiede zwischen den verschiedenen Modellen von Tribo-Pistolen, die von verschiedenen Herstellern angeboten werden. Um experimentelle Fehler auszuschlie\u00dfen, wurde in dieser Studie f\u00fcr alle Tests die manuelle Tribo-Pulverspr\u00fchpistole Tribomatic 500 der Nordson Corporation verwendet. Die Testbedingungen waren Raumtemperatur 25\u00b0C, Luftfeuchtigkeit 50% und Gesamtdruck der Druckluft 6MPa.<\/p>\n<p><b>3.1 Auswirkung der Zugabe von Tribo-Hilfsmitteln<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Das Material der Reibstange und der Rohrwand in der Tribopistole ist ein spezielles Polymermaterial PTFE mit einer Dielektrizit\u00e4tskonstante von 2,1. Jedes Material mit einer h\u00f6heren Dielektrizit\u00e4tskonstante als dieser wird nach der Reibung positiv geladen. Die Dielektrizit\u00e4tskonstante des in Pulverbeschichtungen verwendeten Polyesterharzes betr\u00e4gt nur etwa 3,0. Der Unterschied zwischen diesen beiden Werten ist zu gering, so dass die Triboladung nicht gut ist. Um den Anforderungen des Tribo-Spritzens gerecht zu werden, kann eine Substanz mit einer hohen Dielektrizit\u00e4tskonstante als Tribo-Aufladehilfe in den Pulverlack eingebracht werden. Die \u00fcblicherweise verwendeten Triboelektrizit\u00e4tsverbesserer sind sterische Aminverbindungen, die keinen Einfluss auf die Eigenschaften des Pulverlacks haben. Wir w\u00e4hlten Triboelektrizit\u00e4tsverbesserer verschiedener Hersteller aus dem In- und Ausland aus, die als A (ausl\u00e4ndische Fl\u00fcssigkeit), B (ausl\u00e4ndischer Feststoff), C (einheimische Fl\u00fcssigkeit) bzw. D (einheimischer Feststoff) gekennzeichnet sind, und f\u00fcgten sie der gleichen Art von Polyester\/TGIC-Pulverbeschichtungsformulierung in unterschiedlichen Anteilen zu. Die Pulverbeschichtungen und die beschichteten Filmmuster wurden nach demselben Verfahren hergestellt. Die Ergebnisse des triboelektrischen Ladungstests sind in Tabelle 1 aufgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Tabelle 1: Auswirkung von Reibungsf\u00f6rderern auf die Tribocharging von Pulverlacken<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Pulverbeschichtungen ohne Reibungspromotoren mit einer Tribopistole gespritzt werden, betr\u00e4gt die Triboaufladung unter normalen Umst\u00e4nden nur 0,2-0,4 \u03bcA, und es ist schwierig f\u00fcr die Pulverbeschichtung, kontinuierlich Pulver auszusto\u00dfen, was zu einer schlechten Pulverabdeckung auf dem Werkst\u00fcck f\u00fchrt. Wie aus den Daten in Tabelle 1 ersichtlich ist, kann eine geringe Menge an Reibungsf\u00f6rderer die Triboaufladung der Pulverpartikel deutlich erh\u00f6hen. Mit zunehmender Menge an Reibungshilfe steigt der Wert der R\u00fcckkopplungsladung allm\u00e4hlich an, und wenn die Menge ein bestimmtes Niveau erreicht hat, bleibt die Triboaufladung der Pulverbeschichtung gleich. Das liegt daran, dass die L\u00e4nge der Reibstange und der Reibrohrwand jeder Reibpistole fest ist und einen Ladungss\u00e4ttigungswert hat. Unterschiedliche Arten von Reibmitteln haben ebenfalls einen gewissen Einfluss auf die Triboaufladung von Pulvern, wobei fl\u00fcssige Reibmittel im Allgemeinen effektiver sind als feste Reibmittel.<\/p>\n<p><b>3.2 Einfluss der Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe des Pulvers<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ein repr\u00e4sentativer Satz von Pulverbeschichtungen mit unterschiedlichen Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfen wurde durch Auswahl eines Polyesterharzes, dem 0,2% Reibungspromotor A zugesetzt worden war, durch Abk\u00fchlen des extrudierten Pulvers und anschlie\u00dfendes Sieben des Pulvers durch ein Sieb mit unterschiedlichen Maschenweiten erhalten. Die Beschichtungen wurden unter denselben Bedingungen auf eine Platte gespritzt, um die in Tabelle 2 aufgef\u00fchrten Ergebnisse des Tribocharging-Tests zu erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Wie aus den Daten in Tabelle 2 hervorgeht, ist die triboelektrische Aufladung der Pulverbeschichtung umso gr\u00f6\u00dfer, je kleiner die Teilchengr\u00f6\u00dfe ist. Eine zu kleine Teilchengr\u00f6\u00dfe ist jedoch nicht f\u00f6rderlich f\u00fcr die Verbesserung der Pulverbeschichtungsrate. Der Grund daf\u00fcr ist, dass je kleiner die Teilchengr\u00f6\u00dfe ist, desto mehr Reibung zwischen dem Pulver und dem Reibstab und den W\u00e4nden des Zylinders w\u00e4hrend des Reibvorgangs entsteht und somit die triboelektrische Ladung gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist. Nachdem das Pulver die Reibpistole verlassen hat, werden die feinen Pulverpartikel jedoch leicht vom Luftstrom in der Spritzkabine beeinflusst, was die Pulverbeschichtungsrate verringert. Auch grobe Partikel werden leicht vom Luftstrom und der Schwerkraft beeinflusst, da sie nicht so leicht durch Reibung aufgeladen werden wie feine Partikel. Sie kommen nicht so leicht mit dem Werkst\u00fcck in Ber\u00fchrung und neigen dazu, abzuprallen. Daher sollte die Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung des mit der Tribopistole gespritzten Pulverlacks angemessen sein. Sie liegt im Allgemeinen zwischen 35 und 45 \u03bcm, und die Anzahl der feineren oder gr\u00f6beren Pulverteilchen sollte so gering wie m\u00f6glich sein.<\/p>\n<p>Tabelle 2: Beziehung zwischen Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe und Triboaufladung von Pulverlacken<\/p>\n<p><b>3.3 Selektivit\u00e4t von Polyester<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ein Hybrid-Polyurethan (50:50), ein TGIC-geh\u00e4rteter reiner Polyester (93:7), ein HAA-geh\u00e4rteter reiner Polyester (95:5) und ein Isocyanat-geh\u00e4rteter Polyester (80:20) wurden jeweils ausgew\u00e4hlt, um Pulverbeschichtungen mit dem gleichen F\u00fcllstoffverh\u00e4ltnis herzustellen, und die Beschichtungen wurden unter den gleichen Prozessbedingungen gespritzt, um die Testergebnisse der triboelektrischen Ladung zu erhalten, wie in Tabelle 3 dargestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Tabelle 3: Ergebnisse des triboelektrischen Ladungstests f\u00fcr verschiedene Arten von Polyesterharzen<\/p>\n<p>Abbildung 1: Triboelektrische Ladung verschiedener Arten von Polyesterharzen<\/p>\n<p>Die Analyse von Tabelle 3 zeigt, dass<\/p>\n<p>Die triboelektrischen Aufladeeigenschaften der verschiedenen Polyestertypen unterscheiden sich erheblich, wobei Hybridpolyester die schlechtesten triboelektrischen Aufladeeigenschaften aufweisen. Die Zugabe einer sehr geringen Menge an triboelektrischer Aufladungshilfe kann die Aufladungseigenschaften jedoch erheblich verbessern:<\/p>\n<p>Die triboelektrischen Aufladungseigenschaften von HAA-geh\u00e4rtetem Polyester sind deutlich h\u00f6her als die von anderen Polyestertypen;<\/p>\n<p>Ohne den Zusatz von Reibungspromotoren ist die Reihenfolge der Aufladbarkeit der verschiedenen h\u00e4rtenden Polyestertypen wie folgt: HAA-Typ &gt; TGIC-Typ-Polyester &gt; Isocyanat h\u00e4rtender Polyester &gt; Hybridpolyester.<\/p>\n<p>Die amerikanische Zeitschrift \"PCI\" f\u00fcr Beschichtungen enth\u00e4lt ebenfalls eine \u00e4hnliche Datenanalyse, und Abbildung 1 verdeutlicht den Unterschied in der triboelektrischen Leistung der verschiedenen Polyestertypen.<\/p>\n<p><b>3.4 Einfluss des Luftdrucks<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Es wurden Pulverbeschichtungen mit 0,2% Reibungsverst\u00e4rker ausgew\u00e4hlt, und die Testergebnisse zur Auswirkung des Spr\u00fchluftdrucks auf die triboelektrische Ladung der Beschichtung wurden durch Anpassung des Spr\u00fchluftdrucks der triboelektrischen Pistole erzielt (Tabelle 4).<\/p>\n<p>Wie aus den Daten in Tabelle 4 hervorgeht, steigt mit zunehmendem Luftdruck die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines Zusammensto\u00dfes zwischen dem Pulver und der Tribopistole. Die Triboladung der Pulverteilchen nimmt zu. Mit zunehmendem Luftdruck steigt jedoch auch die Fluggeschwindigkeit der Pulverpartikel, was das Aufschwimmen und Abprallen des Pulvers im Raum verst\u00e4rkt und zu einem R\u00fcckgang der Pulvertransferrate f\u00fchrt. Obwohl der Wert f\u00fcr die statische Elektrizit\u00e4t auf dem Tribo steigt, garantiert er daher keine hohe Pulver\u00fcbertragungsrate. Die Einstellung des richtigen Luftdrucks ist f\u00fcr den Tribo-Spr\u00fchvorgang besonders wichtig.<\/p>\n<p>Tabelle 4 Einfluss des Spr\u00fchluftdrucks auf die Pulverladung<\/p>\n<p><b>3.5 Andere Einflussfaktoren<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Es gibt noch viele andere Faktoren, die die triboelektrische Aufladung von Pulverbeschichtungen und die Pulver\u00fcbertragungsrate auf dem Werkst\u00fcck beeinflussen, z. B. Luftfeuchtigkeit, Taupunkttemperatur der Druckluft, Erdung des Werkst\u00fccks, Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit des Pulvers usw. Das triboelektrische Spr\u00fchen stellt hohe Anforderungen an die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Werkstatt. Eine zu hohe oder zu niedrige Luftfeuchtigkeit wirkt sich direkt auf die Pulver\u00fcbertragungsrate auf dem Werkst\u00fcck aus. Eine zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit f\u00fchrt auch zu einem h\u00f6heren Verschlei\u00df an der Reibstange und der Rohrwand der triboelektrischen Pistole, wodurch sich die Lebensdauer der triboelektrischen Pistole verk\u00fcrzt. Auf weitere Einflu\u00dffaktoren wird hier nicht n\u00e4her eingegangen.<\/p>\n<p>Die obige Testanalyse zeigt, dass die Hauptfaktoren, die die triboelektrische Aufladung des Pulvers auf der Tribopistole beeinflussen, die Reibungshilfe, die Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe des Pulverlacks, die Art des Pulverlacks, der Spr\u00fchluftdruck und die Spr\u00fchumgebung sind.<\/p>\n<p>Das Tribo-Pistolenspritzen komplexer Werkst\u00fccke hat eine hervorragende Pulveraufladung und eine perfektere Beschichtungsqualit\u00e4t, so dass das Tribo-Pistolenspritzen immer beliebter wird. F\u00fcr Pulverlackhersteller ist es besonders wichtig, die triboelektrischen Aufladungseigenschaften von Pulverlacken zu verstehen. Durch die Auswahl des richtigen Tribo-Harzes oder die Zugabe von Tribo-Hilfsmitteln und durch das Pulverisieren und Spr\u00fchen unter angemessenen Prozessbedingungen k\u00f6nnen zufriedenstellende Beschichtungsergebnisse und wirtschaftliche Vorteile erzielt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die oben genannten Testdaten wurden unter bestimmten Bedingungen gewonnen. Es wurden verschiedene Tribo-Pistolen-Tests unter unterschiedlichen Spritzbedingungen durchgef\u00fchrt, und die Daten unterschieden sich zwangsl\u00e4ufig.
