Ein \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiger Einsatz von Fotoinitiatoren bringt jedoch viele Probleme mit sich, z. B. mehr migrierende Substanzen, geringere Wetterbest\u00e4ndigkeit, unzureichende Dicke des geh\u00e4rteten Beschichtungsfilms und h\u00f6here Kosten.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Experimente haben gezeigt, dass die Verwendung von Komposit-Photoinitiatoren in Photoh\u00e4rtungsformulierungen die oben genannten Probleme wirksam \u00fcberwinden kann und somit viele Vorteile mit sich bringt. Besonders wichtig ist, dass bessere Aush\u00e4rtungsergebnisse erzielt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>F\u00fcr die Versuche wurden vier g\u00e4ngige Fotoinitiatoren verwendet: 184, 1173, TPO und 819. Ein anderer Hydroxyketon-Photoinitiator, HMPP (Darocur 1173), hat eine \u00e4hnliche Absorption im Bereich von 320-335 nm mit einem Peak bei 265-280 nm. Allein durch die Kombination dieser beiden Photoinitiatoren ist es bereits m\u00f6glich, die Leistung der UV-Lampe besser auszunutzen (Abbildung 2).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Die Spektren von TPO und BAPO (Photoinitiator 819) unterscheiden sich deutlich von denen der beiden anderen Photoinitiatoren. Der Photoinitiator TPO hat eine starke Absorption im Bereich von 360-395 nm, und BAPO hat eine st\u00e4rkere Absorption im Bereich von 360-410 nm. Durch den Zusatz der beiden letztgenannten Fotoinitiatoren k\u00f6nnen die beiden anderen Hauptwellenl\u00e4ngenbereiche der Quecksilberlampe bei 370 und 408 nm besser genutzt werden.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Im ersten Experiment wurde zum Vergleich die gleiche Menge (Gewichtsverh\u00e4ltnis) von 184 und dem zusammengesetzten Fotoinitiator verwendet. Bei der Bestrahlung mit UV-Licht mit der gleichen Energie von 4,5 mJ\/cm2 betr\u00e4gt die Doppelbindungsumwandlungsrate der Formel mit 184 24,8%, w\u00e4hrend die Formel mit dem zusammengesetzten Fotoinitiator sogar 79,6% betr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4984\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Comparison-of-4-HCPK-lcnacure\u00ae-184-and-composite-photoinitiator-1030x510.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\r\n<figcaption>Vergleich von 4% HCPK (Fotoinitiator 184) und Komposit-Fotoinitiator<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Das zweite Experiment ist die Verwendung von 6% von 184 und zusammengesetztem Fotoinitiator unter der Bestrahlungsenergie von 4,5mJ\/cm2, die Doppelbindungsumwandlungsrate des ersteren betr\u00e4gt 18,9%, die des letzteren sogar 67,2%. Der Unterschied ist sehr signifikant.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4985\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Comparison-of-6-HCPK-lcnacure\u00ae184-and-composite-photoinitiator-1030x371.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\r\n<figcaption>Vergleich von 6% HCPK (Fotoinitiator184) und Komposit-Fotoinitiator<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Im dritten Experiment wurden 4% 184 bzw. 3% zusammengesetzter Fotoinitiator verwendet, was bedeutet, dass bei der letzteren Formulierung mit zusammengesetztem Fotoinitiator eine geringere Menge an Fotoinitiator verwendet wurde. Bei gleicher Bestrahlungsenergie (4,5 mJ\/cm2) betr\u00e4gt die Doppelbindungsumwandlungsrate der ersten Formulierung 50,9%, w\u00e4hrend die der zweiten Formulierung mit 66,8% h\u00f6her ist.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4986\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Comparison-of-4-HCPK-lcnacure\u00ae-184-and-3-composite-photoinitiator.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\r\n<figcaption>Vergleich von 4% HCPK (Fotoinitiator 184) und 3% Komposit-Fotoinitiator<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Im vierten Versuch wurden 6% 184 bzw. 4,5% Komposit-Photoinitiator verwendet. Bei gleicher Strahlungsenergie (4,5 mJ\/cm2) betr\u00e4gt die Doppelbindungskonversionsrate des ersteren 58,3% und die des letzteren 67,9%.
