Die kombinierte Verwendung von m-CPBA und DMF ist ebenfalls potenziell gef\u00e4hrlich. m-CPBA, auch bekannt als m-Chlorperoxybenzoes\u00e4ure, ist eine Art organisches Oxidationsmittel, das in der organischen Chemie sehr h\u00e4ufig verwendet wird. Sie vermuteten, dass es sich bei der Ursache wahrscheinlich um unl\u00f6sliche Stoffe handelte, und bei den unl\u00f6slichen Stoffen handelte es sich um m-CBPO. Bei diesen unl\u00f6slichen Stoffen k\u00f6nnte es sich um eine Verunreinigung des Rohstoffs m-CPBA selbst handeln, oder sie k\u00f6nnten nach und nach im Reaktionssystem entstehen. Der Autor dieses Artikels f\u00fchrte daraufhin eine Reihe von Verifizierungsversuchen durch. Der Autor fand heraus, dass der m-CBPO-Gehalt im Rohstoff m-CPBA nur 0,2% betr\u00e4gt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus best\u00e4tigten DTA- und IST-Experimente, dass m-CPBA bei 89 Grad schmilzt und bei weniger als 97 Grad stabil ist. Der Autor f\u00fchrte dann eine DTA-Studie an der DMF-L\u00f6sung von m-CPBA durch, und die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die Zersetzungstemperatur von m-CPBA 83 Grad betr\u00e4gt. Die obigen Experimente zeigen, dass DMF den kritischen Punkt der Zersetzungstemperatur von m-CPBA stark beeinflussen kann. Daher glaubt der Autor, dass das L\u00f6sungsmittel DMF bei diesem Unfall eine wichtige Rolle spielte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4889\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"472\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4890\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/4.jpg 472w, https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/4-300x268.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 472px) 100vw, 472px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Autor stellte dann fest, dass mit steigender Temperatur der Gehalt an m-CBPO erheblich zunahm, und DTA-Untersuchungen zeigten, dass bei einer Temperatur von mehr als 125 Grad eine sehr ernste Explosion zu erwarten ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"452\" height=\"311\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4891\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/5.jpg 452w, https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/5-300x206.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 452px) 100vw, 452px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"466\" height=\"408\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4893\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/6.jpg 466w, https:\/\/longchangchemical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/6-300x263.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 466px) 100vw, 466px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Autor f\u00fchrte dann eine ARC-Studie der m-CPBA-DMF-L\u00f6sung, eine Konzentrationsstudie und eine Studie zur Mischstabilit\u00e4t von m-CPBA und m-CPBO durch. Die endg\u00fcltige Schlussfolgerung ist, dass es 185 Minuten dauert, bis die DMF-L\u00f6sung von m-CPBA langsam von 26 Grad auf 70 Grad ansteigt, und dann schnell auf 200 Grad in ein paar Minuten oder \u00e4hnlichem ansteigt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erw\u00e4rmt sich die konzentriertere m-CPBA-DMF-L\u00f6sung schneller.
