Was ist Sinanox® 1520?
Antioxidans 1520 ist ein Antioxidans mit dualer Struktur, das phenolische Hydroxyl- und Schwefelgruppen enthält und die doppelte Funktion eines primären und sekundären Antioxidans hat. Es hat eine gute Kompatibilität, geringe Flüchtigkeit, gute Dispersion, geringe Migration, gute thermische Stabilität und hohe antioxidative Wirksamkeit. Es eignet sich für SBS-, SIS-, SBR-, CR-Klebstoffe, PUR-Dichtstoffe, insbesondere für Schmelzklebstoffe, Lösungsmittelklebstoffe und Klebstoffe auf Wasserbasis. Die allgemeine Dosierung beträgt 0,5-1,0%.
Sinanox® 1520 Verwendung
Geeignet für: Stabilisierung von Gummi und Stabilisierung von Klebemischungen. Wirksam bei der Verhinderung der Gelbildung und der Veränderung von Farbe, Molekulargewicht und Viskosität von Kautschuk während der Isolierung, Trocknung bei der Lagerung und beim Versand. Es ist auch bei der Gummiverarbeitung ohne den Zusatz von Phosphit (TNPP) wirksam. Falls erforderlich, wird es jedoch durch den Zusatz von Phosphit noch wirksamer. Das Antioxidans 1520 kann auch in polymeren oder organischen Substraten verwendet werden, einschließlich thermoplastischer Elastomere, synthetischer Öle usw. Verwendungen: Das Antioxidans 1520 ist ein neues Antioxidans für Gummi. Es wird hauptsächlich in synthetischem Kautschuk wie Cis-Butyl-Kautschuk, Styrol-Butadien-Kautschuk, Ethylen-Propylen-Kautschuk, Nitrilkautschuk, thermoplastischen Elastomeren usw. verwendet. Es wird in kleinen Mengen verwendet und hat eine gute antioxidative Wirkung und verbessert die Stabilität von Kunststoffen oder synthetischen Kunststoffen. Es ist ein umweltfreundliches Antioxidans, das die Umwandlung von Gummiprodukten von Allzweckprodukten in umweltfreundliche Produkte ermöglicht. Es wird auch in Schmiermitteln, Kunststoffen und anderen Polymeren verwendet, die alle über ausgezeichnete antioxidative Eigenschaften verfügen.
