Product Introduction:
This product is a multi-functional wetting agent. Its functions include:
– Strongly reduces dynamic and static surface tension.
– Improves substrate wettability, promotes spreading, resists oil stains, prevents pinholes, and improves leveling.
– Excellent resin miscibility, suitable for both water and oil applications, and has some defoaming properties.
– High efficiency; excellent results are achieved with very low addition levels; it is a new type of high-efficiency organosilicone additive.
This product is suitable for decorative and industrial coatings on inks, plastics, metals, and wood. It acts as a wetting agent and adhesion promoter in waterborne, UV-cured, traditional solvent-based, and high-solids coatings, also improving flow, leveling, recoatability, and gloss retention. It performs particularly well in waterborne PU systems.
This product has excellent compatibility, readily soluble in methanol, isopropanol, acetone, xylene, and dichloromethane, and is dispersible in water.

Application Recommendations
Recommended Dosage: 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation
Addition Method: Can be added during grinding or stirring, or added after production. For easier addition, it can be diluted with a suitable solvent first.
Solvent Types: Water, alcohols, alkanes, and aromatics can all be diluted in any ratio.

Packaging and Storage
This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging specifications are 25Kg plastic drums, 200Kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
