Application Recommendations
In oilfield fracturing and acidizing operations, adding BD-3078 flowback aid to fracturing fluids and acid solutions can rapidly and efficiently reduce interfacial tension and increase interfacial activity, facilitating smooth injection and rapid, thorough flowback of the fluid.
When preparing fracturing fluids or acid solutions, simply add the flowback aid directly to the fracturing fluid or acid solution according to the specified ratio and stir thoroughly.
For applications in acidizing, unblocking, and oil displacement engineering techniques, refer to formulation tests.
Precautions
At low temperatures, this product will become cloudy and crystallize until it solidifies. It needs to be fully dissolved in a hot water bath before use. When using water as a diluent, deionized water is preferred. Under normal circumstances, dilute to a 5% aqueous solution.
Packaging and Storage
This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging specifications are 25kg plastic drums, 200kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
