Product Overview
CHLUMICRYL® WPU-2155 is a waterborne binder for formulators developing flexible printing and surface-finishing systems. Its high solids level, pH of 7-9 and viscosity range of 100-1000 mPa·s provide a defined liquid-property starting point for formulation work. The aliphatic polyurethane film is intended to combine gloss, smoothness, strength and extensibility. Recommended screening areas include printing pastes, waterborne leather treatments and elastic substrate coatings. Formulate application rheology separately for the chosen process, then assess adhesion, feel, appearance and extension on the finished substrate rather than extrapolating from free-film values alone.

Packaging and Storage
50 kg or 120 kg plastic drums.
Store at 5-30 °C in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from freezing and light. Stated shelf life: 12 months under these conditions.
